Quick, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional

Andrew has done several jobs for us and all have been excellent. He always explains the options, no hard sell, and the jobs have all been done quickly and to budget.

We really needed to get a boiler replaced in March during a cold spell when our boiler totally seized. Andrew made himself available within a couple of hours to provide a quote and fit the boiler in the next day. Totally professional, very clean, laid out carpet protectors throughout the stairs and completed the job perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend South Thames Maintenance Service if you want a hassle free service.

I know that, if I have a central heating issue, I can rely on Andrew fitting the job into his schedule and fixing the problem.

Were fast efficient reasonable priced and a reliable firm too use. We waited less than a few hours for Andrew to come after calling that same morning and he turned up and completed the job in great time for us.

We have used South Thames Maintenance Services several times now to sort out boiler and plumbing problems. Most recently they replaced a faulty shower system. They responded quickly, turned up reliably, kept us informed of our options, worked efficiently and left the shower room in a spotless condition. We highly recommend them.

We had quite extensive work carried out by this firm and nothing seem to faze them. All the staff were polite, professional and friendly - they were always on time and the work was done to a high standard. Generally I never recommended companies but this lot definitely deserve it . 5 stars from me

Very professional and organised. However sometimes not keeping to appointment times, can be a bit frustating. In my opinion charges are a little high but the work is good!

First time using South Thames Plumbing & Heating Ltd. Called out to help repair a leaking kitchen sink. The admin team were extremely friendly and efficient in getting me an appointment the next morning (I called on a bank holiday Monday). The engineer (Aidan) turned up on time and repaired the leak sourcing new components including a part which would have also caused issues in short term if left unattended. Will definitely use going forward and can recommend their services.

We had a leaky water main under the floor boards in an extremely difficult place to get to. The very helpful receptionist Debbie arranged an emergency plumber for us that day.

Plumber attended and was extremely nice and helpful and fixed the leak without any fuss. Very happy customer and will use them again.

I offered a second job to Andrew and the service was awful.

Not turning up for appointments and giving a ridiculous quote have left me thinking the first successful job was only because I was a new customer with good potential going forward.
