What an excellent coach company! Punctual and reliable coach with a friendly, helpful guide, Lee. Bingo enroute with fab prizes. Dropped right outside the theatre and picked up right outside… perfect. The Greatest Showman was outstanding. An amazing experience from start to finish.

A fantastic trip to watch The Greatest Showman. Lee was an amazing host and kept us all entertained. He made sure to stop and chat to everyone on the bus. My children loved the free treats and the bingo.
As for the show, it was by far the best show I've ever seen.

We recently went on a multi‑centre holiday, and when our flight home was suddenly cancelled, they were nothing short of amazing. They immediately stepped in and handled everything, securing us direct flights home, arranging a new hotel, organising transfers, even sorting out eSIMs so we could stay connected. Throughout the whole situation, they kept us updated and insisted we leave it all to them so we could continue enjoying the rest of our holiday stress‑free.

What a fantastic overnight trip to see Strictly Come Dancing Live in Birmingham, and it was excellent from beginning to end. Everything was organised so smoothly, making the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable.

Our rep, Alex, was outstanding. He was friendly, upbeat, and brilliant at keeping everyone in great spirits throughout the trip. When we had an issue with our room, he handled it straight away and arranged a move for us without any fuss — such a relief and genuinely appreciated. His calm, positive approach really made a difference.

The thoughtful touches, from the snacks to the cheerful atmosphere on the coach, added to what was already a wonderful experience. It felt like a proper treat from start to finish.

I used Mynt for the Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour trip, and the whole experience was genuinely brilliant from start to finish. Everything was handled smoothly, clearly, and without any stress — exactly what you want when you’re organising something special.

Communication was spot‑on throughout. I always knew what was happening, what to expect, and when. It made the build‑up to the trip feel exciting rather than chaotic. I did the Strictly Come Dancing Bus Trip with Mynt this weekend and was thrilled with everything. Great communication from Mynt throughout and the seats obtained for us at the event were amazing! I will be going again and highly recommend.

Our experience with Mynt Travel was great from start to finish. Alex was punctual in responding to any queries we had, and made the whole travel experience worry free - we'd definitely use them again.

Booking with Mynt is always so straight forward. Alex highlights any options I might have missed. Alex also checked up during the holiday to ensure all had gone to plan. On this particular time P&O had many complications which hugely impacted my holiday. Alex always answered my messages, even late in the evening when there was an emergency. After the holiday, Alex has continued with aftercare support to try and sort out the problems which occurred with P&O. Something which most travel agents may or may not help with. I absolutely am not sure how I would have managed this holiday without Mynt and Alex’s support during and after the holiday. Support which is still ongoing. I cannot recommend Mynt enough and will not use any other travel agent!

Another fantastic trip with Mynt Travel - highly recommend Milan and the Bernina Red Train to St Moritz ! We had an issue with an excursion a couple of weeks before we were due to travel and it was all sorted, great communication (even though it was over the festive period!) and personal service as always. Thank you!

First time booking with Mynt for us, but definitely not the last! The booking process was very easy and Alex was brilliant throughout - even posting our printed luggage tags to us, checking us in for our flights, and checking in with us while we were on our trip. We had a fantastic time during our cruise to South East Asia. We’ll definitely book with Mynt again in the future.

Did the polar express day trip alex was brilliant with the kids get everybody fed constantly and was very helpful coach driver sorry cant remember his name was extremely helpful (child in a wheelchair) he was friendly and the coach was very clean tidy and comfortable

Both Alex and the driver were so friendly. We were well informed about the day, before hand and throughout the day. There was movies and snacks on board to help pass the journey for the children. I had 3 older girls with me aged between 9 and 15 they had the most magical time. Alex was constantly making sure everyone had what they needed and they was okay. There was comfort breaks on way there and back at services. I would 100 percent travel with them again and have recommended them to lots of people.

We had a fantastic time travelling with mynt and Alex, it was magical from start to finish and we were kept informed updated and treated. They really went above and beyond and will definitely be booking with them again!
