This review is not about the quality of their products or service. It is about the conduct of one of their van drivers on the road.

The van driver from this company with number plate ending VFT just terrified me on the road. Honking his horn repeatedly. I'm 82 years old and a very careful driver. He was indicating left into the turning I was coming out of, by The Range in Bridgwater. Both my son and I saw him indicating. When I pulled out to go left, and they DIDN'T turn off as indicated, they beeped madly at me, repeatedly. My son was furious and took down the numberplate. If this is what their drivers are like then I'll be sure NEVER to buy anything from thier company.

We recently had all the windows in our home replaced with triple glazed units by Southwest Trade Frames, and the whole experience has been outstanding from start to finish.

Daryl came out to carry out the initial survey. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to go through all the options with us. He explained the benefits of triple glazing clearly and helped us make the right decision for our home. He gave us real confidence in the company right from the beginning.

The installation was carried out by Joe, Harvey, and Pete — an excellent team who were professional, polite, and clearly very skilled. They arrived on time each day, worked efficiently and tidily, and showed real attention to detail in everything they did. They were respectful of our home and made sure everything was left clean and orderly at the end of each day.

The quality of the windows is superb, and we’ve already noticed a big improvement in warmth and sound insulation throughout the house. The overall finish looks fantastic, both inside and out.

Couldn’t be happier with the end result. A big thank you to Daryl, Joe, Harvey and Pete — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Southwest Trade Frames to anyone considering new or upgraded windows.

Southwest Trade Frames did an incredible job of our porch door…quite an old porch with a few challenges along the way, but they offered excellent solutions. Plus no hard sell! Highly recommended.
