Organised a visit to my home for aluminium windows and triple glazing. After 4 weeks of chasing for my quote and promising to call back on numerous occasions, no one had the courtesy to return the call. From my experience, I cannot recommend, if this is typical of their customer service.

From the sales man to the fitters where all very friendly and helpful .i was promised the windows would be fitted for the twenty eight of April and they was good as there word .the windows look great.i would recommend them .

Really happy with our new door and windows. From the initial meeting with the sales rep to the installation everything was really straight-forward. The installation team have done a great job and were friendly throughout.

There is a wide range of doors and colours to choose from. Guidance on the type of door best fitting our house was given and the measuring service was very thorough. Fitting was completed and a small correction regarding the sealer was resolved quickly, customer service is second to none. Would definitely recommend this company.

The whole experience from start to finish ran smoothly and very professionally.
Salesman Lee did a great job of explaining how procedures worked and took time to go through the vast range of colours and types of products on offer.
On the day of fitting, I had two of the most friendliest and efficient workmen appear.

These guys made me feel at ease, as I live on my own, with their joyful vocal ranges and entertaining but 'careful' wiggles whilst up the ladders!
They even made time to replace a piece of plastic on a window that wasn't renewed.....true gents!
So if you're looking to upgrade your windows and doors then this is definitely the company to hire, I truly have nothing negative to say.

We asked for a quote and a salesman came out. He was brilliant. Not a pushy salesman at all. The servayer came out and was over three hours measuring. Impressed! When the fitters turned up they all introduced themselves before they started work. They were amazing what a great set of grafters. We can't them all for such a great job done. The windows are fantastic and look great. Had lots of people stop and say how lovely
they look.

It was 4 weeks from first contact the company to getting the patio doors fitted. All appointments were kept promptly and the fitters were friendly, efficient, prompt and cleaned up after themselves. The price quoted was the price paid. I would definitely use them again.

We had four windows installed in January. They were all done very efficiently in one day as promised with no mess or hassle. The whole process was very smooth. We're very pleased with the new windows.

Not used this company before but I have been impressed from start to finish. Had a new front door fitted and very pleased with the results.
Unfortunately, there was a couple of minor issues with the trim on the outside that became apparent after fitting. The team kept in touch with me and resolved the problem even through they needed to come out twice.
A great company that isn’t afraid to hold their hands up and put something right if doesn’t meet their high standards.
Would recommend them to any friends or family thinking of having new doors, windows etc.
Will be using them again when the time comes.

Exceptional service! I needed a new composite door made to measure for a 300 year old building. South Yorkshire Windows were prompt and professional from the very start. The quality and look of the door is excellent. Every person in the entire operation was ultra professional and courteous. A new lintel was unexpectedly required and South Yorkshire windows provided an excellent builder. No fuss, tidy workmen who worked around the shop opening hours, and a very good price all roind. I am delighted!

Ryan and Lewis fitted 7 windows and a new front door in one day in pouring rain and never stopped working! They were amazing and focused on ensuring we had the work completed. They are so professional and courteous and left little mess behind!

Really happy with the service from South Yorkshire Windows! The whole process was easy and straightforward — no back and forth on the price like you get with some companies who say “I’ll call my boss to see if we can do a deal.” The quote was fair from the start, and everything was clearly explained. The fitters turned up on time, worked neatly, and left everything tidy. I also really liked that the owner popped by halfway through the fitting to make sure we were happy — such a nice personal touch. The new windows look fantastic and have already made a big difference to the house. Would highly recommend!

Just had a conservatory extension supplied and installed by South Yorkshire Windows.
The service from sales through to install has been hassle free and very easy with no hard sell.
Shout out to Connor and James the installers, very polite, very clean, very hardworking. In days when you hear of horror stories these guys were a pleasure to deal with.

We’ve just had our front door repaired ,absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Kept us informed whilst waiting for parts,all the staff are polite & professional & the door is as good as new now. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent! Very happy with the product and service from beginning to end. The overall price was significantly less for a likewise comp door including fitting. The fitter arrived on time and did an excellent job including taking away all the rubbish and the old door. I would certainly recommend South Yorkshire Windows.

Amazing service by South Yorkshire windows.
Few years ago I was left with a very bad installation by Safestyle and had no trust in any company but this company managed to restore my faith in this industry.
They managed to fix the mess I was left with at a great price and except for a few minor issues which were resolved quickly I’ve had a great experience with South Yorkshire Windows.
Would recommend within company to anyone

Had new patio doors fitted earlier this week. They look fantastic. Great service. 10 out of 10. I will be contacting them in the future if I need windows and or doors replacing.
