Have given good solid advice been able to contact my contact Stanley when I needed help or advice. Explained everything very clearly and made me feel confident on what I have done.

I mistakenly signed up, never verified my account, did some research and decided it wasnt for me!
I get phoned several times a day on different numbers i have told numerous people I am not interested after doing some research please can they delete my account, still ringing me, asked to speak to a manager, still ringing me, I feel harassed and if anyone had any idea how I can stop them contacting me it would be much appreciated 🤦‍♀️

I doubled the money I invested with the help of Bianca. She is marvellous, and very helpful. Bianca wants me to understand how the funds work.

Do not register with this company. I have requested 5 times now under UK GDPR that my information they hold about my contact details be deleted, but they haven't, they keep calling me. They are breaking UK law.

Was about to give up on forex after my last account got blown by slippage during news events. SovereignFX is the first broker where my stop-loss actually works. Their execution is solid, no requotes on EUR/USD even during the London open. The platform looks a bit dated but it runs fast which matters more. Deposited 500 USDT and it was tradable in 12 minutes. First withdrawal took about a business day but they processed it without asking for a dozen documents like my previous broker. Spreads are tight on majors but widen a bit on exotics which is fair. Their support is actually helpful, fixed an issue with my demo account in 20 minutes via chat. Not a flashy broker but they're honest and their platform doesn't crash when you need it most. That's all I care about.

I e had emails from you and several cold missed calls on my mobile to which I’ve blocked all of them. If your number is not in my phone the call will automatically bounce. I have no clue who you are and how you got my details obviously from a scammer. Please remove my details from your database and records . I have not requested your services and do not wish to do so either. Please reply with an email address and I will forward the email onto you which also appears to be for some one else. I want nothing to do with you and have never requested anything. Stick your services 2here the sun doesn’t shine.

Despite me sending an email to the email address found on line notifying you of your errors and omissions you still continue to bomb my mobile with silent calls. Let me tell u this
1) all silent calls and unknown numbers to my phone are bounced automatically.
2) the numbers are added to the junk list and blocked forthwith.
3) you will have more chance of getting through to god than getting through to me.

Despite my emails and messages you still continue to. bomb my mobile in desperation for business. I repeat I e not asked for you to contact me. Cold calling is against the law in the uk. Stick your serv where the sun doesn’t shine. Numbers blocked and reported as junk. Scam calls.

I am brand new to trading, Heath has supported my journey at its infancy. It hasn’t felt pressured and to date I can see a return whilst fitting in with my everyday work load and family commitments.

I was hung up on after being grilled about my lack of savings life style and personal finances - saying I did not match do not meet the criteria necessary to utilize our services.etc.......Customer Services Rude and mis-judgementAL - ALL people should be given the Opportunity if they so wish! Sovereign FX are nothing more than scammers, they may look professional and sound professional but don't be fooled like I have been, they ring you constantly when they want you to 'invest' but when you want to withdraw your money you get total silence, I have requested a call back several times via their 'chat bot' but you don't get proper answers, just 'everything is somebody else's issue' they are thieves, confidence tricksters and crooks. DO NOT TOUCH !

SCAM!!! Please do not invest in this company. It's a total scam! My mum was scammed of her money, with several transfers to different accounts. This was her pension and they have taken her money, we have had to contact all banks. This company is not FCA approved and you won't be able to contact them. They pretend to be endorsed by Martin Lewis which is how my mum was tricked into sending money to them.
