Quick delivery and good product quality.

Bad print quality, delivery takes long, customer support reply takes long, overpaid delivery wasn't refunded as promised.

One month after I placed my order: Only 1 item out of 4 arrived. Customer service did not offer any help. At least I did not have to pay and handle with refund (no shipping -> no money is collected)
The 1 item, that arrived after 10 days, was very nice (good quality and packing).

Ordered items on Jan18, only 1 item was sent but still hasn't received. Website said delivery should take 4-6 days. It has been 3 weeks. I emailed customer service, and they say it will take another 14-21 days??? Does that mean the items are being sent from China? I hope not, because then the customer will have to deal with the import tax and fee. The other items are not even processed. I question the legitimacy of this website. The website interface looks legit, but I am not sure if it can actually deliver products. I am so glad that I chose the pay later method, otherwise I'd have to chase after my refunds. BEWARE of ordering from this website!

there products are made soo cheaply and if it isn't bad enough, they send me a damaged product.
They didn't give me back any of my money and customer service is a disaster.

Havent recieved anything yet! Ordered in Nov, delevery was estimated to dec 04-14, no track og trace on the package and when you try to get any information you get a standard answer. Last time i Will buy from you!

I have bought a Urbanears wireless speaker at a good price.
The shipping was fast and the speaker arrived without issues.
For me a good seller.

I would even give it -5! I ordered two items and only one made it. I have been waiting for the other one for over a month now! The customer service is the worst! The workers changed and I had to explain from the beginning each time!!!

The goods I ordered are of good quality.
I had a problem with a voucher but the support helped me.
Delivery was fast although the goods came from UK.

I can't complain. Although "in stock" can sometimes mean it's being sent from the U.S.
Nevertheless the order arrived in perfect condition after 4 days.
There were no additional costs due to customs, these were paid by the sender.
One thing was wrong, I got a DHL tracking number, but it was delivered with FedEx. This is not included in the rating because it arrived much earlier than expected.
In summary almost perfect =)

Good product, fair price, fast delivery... couldn’t expect more.

After over a month there is no sign of the goods I bought. The support is not able to help, they are saying since over a week that they are in the process of checking what happened. Its very weird that the goods are travelling through Europe for more than a month.

I already wrote a review but things just got worse and worse. I had an issue with headphones and needed a bill from the shop for the original manufacturer, when I asked for it it took very long and several requests until I received my bill. Now the problem was that there was no serial number on that bill, which was needed by the manufacturer. Okay, things like that can happen, but when I asked for a adjusted bill I was sent the same exact bill again. Right now the process is still going on and I am waiting and waiting. The whole simple process of getting a bill for my headphones took 4 months until now and I still don't have what I need.

Found best price on the web for lego mindstorms and ordered from Germany. Read some bad shop reviews regarding delivery time and customs but delivery was in time, in best condition and without any problems. Good seller thanks a lot! Great fun with the product!

Bought some damned big LEGO Ninjago ship. Best price for this special Kit I could find. Shipping was fast and package was good secured in a bigger box. Have already recommended the shop to friends.

Two times 2017 and 2018 excellent experience in busy times about Christmas..

On the 19th of November I ordered a Christmas present from SOWIA, promised delivery date was 27.11-05.12.
On the 5th of December I received a letter by post that my parcel is waiting for me in a post office (and I did check my mailbox every day). So I went to the post office the following day and the lady there said the parcel has been sent back as they received it on the 21th of November already (the post office keeps the parcels only 10 days). I do understand that SOWIA is not responsible for DHL and Im not blaming them for my failed delivery.

The problem, however,was that SOWIA never contacted me nor gave me the information that the delivery had been returned to them, although I sent them 4 messages and received even answers for them.

So after when they asked me if I would like it to be sent again or refund I did ask them to send it to another address as I was leaving for Christmas. Then about 4-5 days later they claim the product it out of stock.

I had paid for it, received confirmation and invoice for it, but they sold it to a next person.

In the end I did receive a refund, however, they deducted the delivery costs (3.50 Eur) for the parcel I never received.

So I would say: no,do not order from this website.

I really like the shop, they got cool stuff, and it is easy to order. There is just one problem: sometimes they have trouble in delivery! Sometimes it takes a really long time, till they post off. Or sometimes things get lost. But the rest is fine!
