I returned a pair of trousers and foolishly bought a 2nd pair before the return was refunded. I wanted them in a hurry for a birthday date. I returned the goods on 25 October. I am still waiting for a refund. The refund was cancelled through my PayPal site by Soweflow first time - and the second attempt is still pending as I write (3 December). Stressful.. theft..
