I ordered 2 personalised cheese boards and I am very pleased with the quality of the products.
I would recommend these to anyone as a great personalised gift.

Product arrived quickly and very well packaged. Packaging is so good the box is good for permanent storage of the board.
Customer service from Jannie was beyond good. I made an error ordering and she was quick and helpful in resolving.
The boards themselves are superb quality and I am more than delighted with them.

I got my order when told,I ordered the cheese board and got one free and I love it, I put my order in with name on and love it xx

The boards are lovely, well built and designed. My only gripe is that there is only one granite cheese marker with one of the boards - the advertising shows two and the wording has labels in the plural. I contacted Sowood to see if I could buy some more but they declined to assist - sadly I can't find any others to fit the space in the board.

Ordered 2 cheese boards for the price of one. Excellent value, swift delivery and well packaged.
These are gifts for friends and relatives at Christmas so have not been used. On inspection they seem excellent quality and a lovely design. I'm sure they'll be loved by the recipients

Everything went very well - very quick delivery and products were even better than expected.

Items arrived promptly and were in great condition, well presented just like in the Facebook page. No problems.

I ordered two personalised "two-drawer cheese boards" for my two eldest granddaughters. They arrived promptly and the personalised engraving really made them special. Jannie managed to sort out a query that I had and provided excellent customer service. When my granddaughters receive their boards this Christmas, I know that they both will be thrilled with what will become, a family heirloom. Many thanks to all involved. with this excellent product.

The two boards are really lovely. I bought one for myself and one for a gift …. the problem is which one do I keep. The quality of the workmanship is great, boards are not too heavy and the “implements” and bowls fit exactly as described making storage easy. A lovely product which I would recommend to anyone.

The board is very well made , a lovely colour of wood, and the additional dishes and cutlery are high quality. I bought two, one for us and another as a present and am very pleased with the product design and the many uses we have found.

These boards really are how they look on the website. Lovely solid wood with a beautiful finish, love all the added extras of the little draws and all that comes in them. Can’t wait to give these as Christmas gifts

Delighted with our two personalised cheese boards from So Wood. The engraving is beautiful, the accessories are a lovely touch, and with the buy one get one free offer they were brilliant value. Communication was excellent throughout, and delivery was fast. Highly recommend

Safety issues! My toddler tipped over the convertible learning tower while he was standing in it. One of the sides is really easy to tip. This happened very quick while the child was being supervised. The side that tipped is like that presumably so that it can be pushed against a bench, but it's very easy for the tower to be moved away from the bench. We were lucky that no serious injury was done but it could have been much worse.

We tried making contact with the company 9 days ago and are yet to hear back. Considering how much worse the injury could have been, this issue needs to be addressed immediately. The company needs to at least tell us what kind of safety tests were done. The "tip-proof" claim on the website is clearly wrong.

The design is good and works as intended. The workmanship is not worth the pricetag though. It arrived with two large dents that chip the paint and one of the screws for the blackboard doesnt screw in. It's something I would expect from a $30 amazon special.
Unfortunately it's not worth the effort to return it since the kids will trash it anyway.
