I can't say enough good things about the Soxy socks I received. After having tried other brands of funky socks that tore easily or we're shoddy quality, I was relieved to get these socks. They're stretchy, solid, and fun. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a great quality sock with great style.

Been a customer for a while, you know how when you're a kid, getting socks used to be a pain? Well after I grew up (or, well got older really) NOBODY gave me socks anymore, and I hated buying for myself, it was an issue, didn't know where or how or WHY they never lasted.

Soxy came into the picture and changed all that!
Either buy as you go, or go the VIP route and get a "gift of socks" regularly, I can't tell you how awesome it is.
Socks are amazing quality, and they are stylish, fun and easy on the feet; what else could you possibly need?

Well, they also have amazing customer service backing the product, any issue, question or request is handled professionally and with a PERSONAL touch.

I ordered a pair of the shoes for a friend & he was very pleased with the fit & style. They are only available in whole sizes & my friend was a little concerned about them being too narrow. However, when they arrived he tried them on & they fit. He told me the right foot was a little tight when he first wore them; but, after they stretched out from wearing they were fine. He told me he received compliments on them. He was happy with the purchase.

I really like the product and quality. The different selections and styles. They are great for casual wear and dress up as well. I have bought items for gifts and the people who have received them are happy as well. Keep up the great work!

Shoes were easy to order and promptly delivered. Since shipped from Toronto there was Duty to be concerned with. Shoes are amazing as well as the complimentary socks that came with them.

My experience with Soxy has been excellent. My customer service rep Richard was the best. I had to return my socks due to my error and not reading the socks were blue and not black. I connected c/s and advised of the problem and Richard was the rep that responded and answered all my questions and helped me with all my needs. I sent the socks back and he helped me pick out the best ones that suited a tie that I needed to match. I sent them back with no problems and they sent the correct pair with no hassles nor problem. Nor did I have to pay additional shipping. So I will recommend this site to anyone that wants to purchase some different bomb socks. Again thank you Richard you are the best!!!!

I've been in the car business for more than 25 years. These shoes are stylish and comfortable. Just the right amount of POP to stand out. Being the sales manager my staff knows I still got it.

Amazing Customer Service

I have ordered a couple times with Soxy but this last experience was great. I ordered the wrong size shoe and their exchange process was very seamless online. Then i discovered that I needed an even bigger size so customer service worked with me to get the correct size with minimal delay. Definitely happy with their service

Great shoes and great soxs. Great quality. But most of all great customer service. Had some problems with my local postal service (I'm from France) and they reshiped the package for me. Always had an answer when I asked for informations. Thanks !

I noticed this company and their products thru pinterest and loved the shoes they had to offer. I finally took the plunge and got the tan suede with the Blue soles. With some help from Richard S from Soxy . Who went out of his way to find my size ( after online said the size was sold out) in their Warehouse. They arrived within days of ordering them. I loved this shoes so much that I’m in the process of ordering my second pair and the Sox are high end quality and super comfortable. I would strongly recommend this company to everyone.

Having run a million dollar-plus company it always troubles me when those trying to embrace customers devote so little time to customer service and relations. Soxy seems to have read that chapter in a success book.
I am a sock freak....I little weird I admit but harmless and enjoyable. I noticed the Soxy post and jumped in and bought a few times. Everyone commented on my silly sox so I achieved my objective.
I saw their shoe styles and said I'll jump in. I was disappointed when the shoes I ordered were small. Was not looking for a return just thought I'd let the shoe-team know they run a touch small. No biggie but good to remember when marketing their wares. Go figure, I e-mailed and actually got a reply. A guy named Richard let me know he was thankful for my support and advice and he would be happy to exchange for a bigger size. Did not have to...I never asked...but he made me feel like a real customer that was really appreciative of my business. More businesses should embrace this model it'll pay off in spades and loyalty.

Soxy not only has high quality products, but their customer service is top rate. We recently received two pairs of Soxy socks as a gift without a receipt. I reached out to Soxy customer service about exchanging them. They promptly replied to me and gladly offered to exchange them with no hassle. As soon as they received the original socks back, the customer service representative reached out to me to let me know the exchanges were on the way. This reliable customer service is a rare find these days and it will definitely be a reason we will order from Soxy again!! Great company!

The customer service is great! I thought I had not received an order and the support staff were responsive and helpful and understanding. Turns out my order was simply misplaced, not lost.

Really amazing shoes, comfortable, awesome; these look like tailor made, they look right exactly the same as in the website, fast ship from EU to US.
Also, great costumer service, the socks looks and fit really nice.

Disappointing to leave a negative review as the product is great and I wanted to be a regular customer but the customer service and their management of the courier was well below par resulting in it taking 2 weeks to get my parcel. Added to that I had to pay another 20% custom charge which again customer services passed off on me as they had provided a few extra socks. Poor show but yes the socks are great so it probably won't put you off. But I expect a bit more..
