All of our vehicles undergo stringent pre delivery inspections and service inspections before they leave us to guarantee they meet our very high standards. It is disappointing to read your feedback. From the very beginning, the salesman who dealt with you was open and transparent, and no information was withheld at any stage.
A vehicle recall is completely normal by a car manufacturer it is mainly preventive measures to stop any future problem which is a good thing as its completely free of charge to customers.
From what you have shared, your concerns relate to manufacturer recalls. We would like to clarify that the only reason you became aware of these recalls was because we informed you shortly after you placed your deposit. As part of our standard procedure, every vehicle regardless of age or mileage undergoes a full pre-delivery inspection (PDI) once sold. During this process, the vehicle entered our workshop, where the recall was identified, and we notified you immediately.
We then arranged for the car to be booked into the main dealership to have the recall work completed prior to collection. At the time, you were happy with this course of action, and we proceeded accordingly. The vehicle was taken in, the recall work was carried out, and shortly after completing our PDI, it was ready for collection.
At that point, you decided to change your mind and advised that you felt this information should have been provided before placing a deposit. However, identifying any outstanding manufacturer recalls is part of our workshop process rather than the salesman’s role. If this information had been available at the time, we would have had no hesitation in sharing it with you, as recalls are a normal and routine aspect of vehicle ownership.
Recalls can arise at any time, either before or after purchase and most vehicles will have one at some stage. As explained, this is why we carry out our PDI checks and inform customers as soon as anything is identified.
We also offered to transfer your deposit to another vehicle and made every effort to find a suitable alternative for you, but you chose not to proceed.
We always aim to be as transparent and accommodating as possible, and we regret that you feel dissatisfied with your experience.

Spa motors Hereford was so good in helping me look for the right vehicle that I needed. The salesman who helped me (Elliot) at Hereford was very informative on what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable and very welcoming through out the whole process kept informed all way from looking at Veh to buying it. A great experience from Elliot and Spa motors. Very smooth and friendly process
Brought my vehicle from the Llandrindod branch. Ryan made the process very smooth and happily arranged for the vehicle to be brought down from Hereford branch, for me to view and test. The whole team have been extremely friendly and nothing was to much. Would definitely recommend.

MUST READ, Bought a car from this company within a month I had problems. Asked for my money back under consumer rights act they refused. They took 15 days to do a 6 hour repair. I've now had the car 6 months and the the dash says change engine oil soon, I've only done 3000 miles - it was supposed to have had a full service.

This matter relates to an issue dating back to 2025, yet you continue to repeatedly leave reviews.
We have already addressed the matter and have nothing further to add. Continually returning to the same historic issue and repeatedly leaving more reviews is neither constructive or reasonable.
We would strongly suggest that you move on from this matter rather than continuing to devote your time to repeatedly targeting and harassing our business over an issue that occurred almost a year ago.
Any further activity relating to this matter will be documented and referred to the relevant review platform for investigation. If the behaviour continues we will also be taking independent legal advice.
We have businesses to run and customers to look after. We suggest you find something more constructive to do with your time than continually revisiting an issue from nearly a year ago.

Amazing service from Darren
Bought a car which came with a 3 month warranty. Had an issue so called the Service Dept. Darren took my call and offered to drop a courtesy car off when collecting mine. This saved me a 1.5 hour drive each way.
Problem quickly identified & replacement part fitted. On the test drive, another issue was identified that I wasn't even aware of, and again fixed.
Car delivered back to me - cleaned and refuelled.
Darren was fantastic throughout - regular updates, clear explanations and very friendly. Thank you for amazing service.
