Update to my review!!! Thank you to Melanie @ Spa and Equipment for excellent service!

I am updating my recent negative review of S & E for the seemingly poor service & follow up to say that I received a call from Melanie @ Spa and Equipment, a customer service supervisor, apologizing for my experience & for the incompletion of an order that was 2 months old. I normally never write reviews & did not do so even thinking about receiving a call. But I did & I must say, she was extremely nice and willing to make an effort to make things right. She sent me a number of products to try (at no cost) for all the trouble I had experienced. She handled everything that day & said to contact her if I needed anything. Needless to say, this went a long way in restoring my confidence in the company. Thank you again Melanie for your kindness & for turning a negative experienct into a positve one. As a first time customer who spent quite a bit, I now feel comfortable re-ordering products from you again. I hope this review is helpful to those who read it. I would now recommend this company to others because they did go above & beyond to show great customer service! :) & after all that’s really what any of us want!:) 5 stars for excellent customer service!!

I am in the process to order few things…

I am in the process to order few things to my Studio from Spa and Equipment.
I was wondering if anyone feels that it is kind of suspicious, that they require you to send them the copy of your driven license as well as the copy of the credit card you are using for purchase.
I have never experienced anything like that. I feel that it is a violations of the privacy, especially sending them my driver license,

Best CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!

Maria went ABOVE and BEYOND for my needs. She made me feel valued, she explained everything in detail, and is the reason why I will shop again with SKIN ACT. Thank you Maria for being so great and helping me with my order!

The customer service was by far great

The customer service was by far great. I liked that they were extremely knowledgeable about the products and assist me with all the help I needed with my machines. It's a trustable company that you can go to even if the warranty had finished.

The best spa equipment company!

I purchased so many spa equipments from this company. Their quality of the products are always great, the prices are very reasonable and cheaper than any where else and their customer service team is so knowledgeable and nice. I have been working with them for over 10 years now. Hands down the best spa equipment company.

The wait is ridiculous!

Easy to order but hard to get what you have already ordered and paid for.
This company promises to send your equipment/ order when you sign their senseless documents and send payment, but here I am a week later and my order is just sitting there. It's already been processed and they have it ready to ship but just seem to have a trouble getting UPS to pick it up. Don't waste your time especially if you're working with a deadline, they can't meet that expectation.

Happy with the service for almost 3 years

We have been purchasing our equipments and supplies for past three years for our two locations, there were some problem with delivery companies drivers but skinact helped me to resolve it, they have been very helpfull and i highly recommend them.

Still waiting for the machine

I was told I would have received the machine by Feb. 22. It was very important to receive this machine on time! Today is Feb 26th and I am still waiting. I don't know why you would send me this link to write a review when I am still waiting!!
