Bought our new to us caravan from Josh at Spa caravans. He was very helpful and friendly without being pushy, left us to have a good look around. We bought a Swift 880 GTS and part exchanged our old van giving us a fair price for it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. Contacted spa caravans late one Sunday night in the middle of June after struggling to find the caravan we wanted here in Northern Ireland. Unexpectedly within minutes Josh had replied answering all our questions. Obviously due to us being over the water viewing wasn’t as easy as jumping in the car and calling down but this wasn’t an issue. 9am Monday morning we received full in depth walk arounds of both inside and out and again all questions answered in great detail. Josh made us aware and kept us up to date of every step
/ checks the caravan was going through. No pushy sales tactics no nonsense just honest advice and help. We were satisfied and went ahead applying for finance which was a breeze. All accepted quickly and the caravan was all ours! Due to my unpredictable working hours my only real day to get the ferry across from NI was a Sunday which spa caravans accompanied for me and offered to meet me at the docks in Liverpool for a small fee which I was more than happy to accept! Come to collection day morning Josh texted me an update at 5AM to stay he was on route to meet me. Turned up on time , handed over the caravan and gave me a full tutorial of how everything worked and made sure I was happy and satisfied before we parted ways.

Honestly I don’t know where else you would get this service. Between my constant phone calls asking Questions to driving 350+ miles at 5am on a Sunday morning to accommodate me words and stars cannot show how much effort this team & business put in. And to top it all off Monday morning they follow up to makesure that we made it home safe. Honesty don’t waste your time going anywhere else just phone these guys. You won’t regret it.

We have just sold our caravan to Spa Caravans. Josh is an absolute professional and super friendly. He made the process so easy. He came to view the van and took it away the same day. This was all within a couple of days of calling him.

I have just sold my caravan to Spa caravans and after being given a realistic quote from a basic selling enquiry Josh contacted me for a more detailed description of any known faults,the price was adjusted slightly but in my opinion was still fair.
Josh arranged a date to come and see the van and after a thorough check which is to be expected ,he did find a issue and showed me , we agreed the final sale price again a very fair price.
Paperwork was completed and the money was transferred immediately.
You hear so many horror stories about selling caravans but I can’t recommend this company enough excellent service from start to finish.

We have just sold our caravan to SPA and it was a delight to deal with them. after a quick but thorough inspection an interim valuation was made, which was later confirmed. The cash offer was amicable to us so a deal was done without any pressure giving us time to ready the Van for handover, when payment was made by BACS immediately. Highly recommend them great service!

Brilliant service . Josh was very helpful with explaining all the aspects of the as it was my first one and new to it all . The Caravan was as described and was in brilliant condition as described . Josh even helped guide me to forecourt after a difficult day of travel due to bad weather conditions and road closures . He was even able to set Caravans up on my new pitch along with Jess which I was very grateful for . I Was very happy with the service I received and would recommend spa caravans to anyone looking for a new one.

Bought a Stirling Europa four berth in August from Josh and Jess and had a great service from them had a couple of silly things not working right but reported to Josh and both jobs were fixed very quickly great service would definitely recommend buying from them

We saw the model of caravan we'd been looking for on Spa Caravans website. As we were 2 hours away we asked Josh to be honest re the condition as we didn't want to be disappointed. He said it was lovely and we weren't disappointed.
Paid a deposit on viewing and collected one week later. Josh and Jess are a great team. Honest, genuine, knowledgeable and we really feel we got a fantastic caravan without any issues at a great price.
Having looked at their other caravans just out of interest, they're all immaculate.
Its obviously really important to them to only sell decent top quality.
The whole experience was excellent. Communication, customer service and honesty. What more could you ask for.

I had never met these two lovely people before going to see a caravan they had for sale. When me and the wife arrived we were welcomed by two very friendly and welcoming people. Josh and Jess stayed with us for a while to get to know what we wanted and show us the basics, then with the caravan connected to electric and water they left us on our own to look at the van. We did buy the van, as we were instantly in love with it. Josh and Jess then delivered it the following day as promised for a small extra charge. Me and the wife would definitely recommend Spa Caravans and we will certainly be visiting them again when we are ready for our next van. Thank you Josh and Jess for everything,

Josh gave me a quote on the phone. Within 48 hrs the caravan was collected, after a thorough check over Josh paid me the full amount quoted.

Very pleased gave me an over the phone price,the van wasn’t as good as I thought (damp) but still gave a fair price ,no hassle very easy to deal with.would definitely recommend them 100%

Excellent service. They were as good as their word. Came and gave the caravan a fair appraisal. Paid on the spot and took it away. Couldn't have asked for better.
