The worst experience I have ever had to return an unused product. The pump the website recommended is incorrect but they will argue with you to say it is, the pump was missing a port. Besides that they expect you to pay return shipping and will argue with you about the pump to justify it. I paid $298 but the return shipping is $120 then they tell you there’s a 25% restocking fee the math of that is you will receive a 1/3 of what you paid for the products just for them to resell the products (that’s called double dipping). Where is this return policy you might wonder, not when you check out, you would think with such a one sided return policy you would have to check a box at check out agreeing to it, but nope. You have to look for that policy on your own, pretty sure I have to agree to that policy to be held accountable for it. Find your products somewhere else this has been a nightmare of hoops (pictures & screenshots of how I came to that pump), just to hear sorry there’s nothing we can do, except they’re willing to waive the restocking fee, however the website lead me to a pump that isn’t a replacement for my model number as their site stated it was.
