bad service with dedicated nodes

Last friday I found space hosting from google

before ordering the server I was talking with the live chat with a sales agent asking a few questions about this provider and also to clarify I'm running solana node

Not only he accepted the use case, but he also offered that there was a free promotion where I'd get a faster delivery than the typical 24-48h.

Monday I receive an email response in regards to a previous message I sent while the live support was offline:

saying that my use case IS NOT accepted

Very confusing and contradicting to the previous msg from live chat

Next day tuesday I still get a server delivery

1. Took a full 48h "work days" delivery, unlike the "fast delivery" promo mentioned by sales

(There's many providers able to deliver bare metal servers in 30 min or less)

2. Sales agent accepted my use case, following email does not, but I still get a server delivery

After getting the server delivered I tried to run the server config as usual (I've done 100x of times in many other providers on a professional environment)

Quickly I come across problems with the servers becoming unresponsive and going offline.

I couldn't download a 80Gb file without the server going unresponsive/offline, I tried 10x easily that day

I get better service from 5$ VPS providers

I contacted support both via WhatsApp and ticket

Both replied with some canned/quick responses, then proceed to ignore my messages for the full day

So now it's wednesday (I've been waiting since Friday) and I still don't have a working server and support is unreachable

So i tell them I want a refund because 1) they say they don't support my use case (only reason I need this server, and contradicts what I've been told before making the order) 2) they're service is terrible 3) networking is bad

Only after asking refund they become responsive to my technical issues

and still they add that they don't offer refunds

for sure not wasting any further time with this provincial provider

Great Support and Great Features

First of all, it's great that they offer some free services/trials so you can try before you buy. Also the support is really great and helpful, they answer quickly and competently. I have had very few bad experiences so far. One bad experience was activating my free TeamSpeak server which was quickly resolved by the technical support, I'm really grateful for their support as you can see. Space Hosting has some cool features that you should definitely check out, it might be right for you.

Today is the 5th day since my dedicated server turned off and has not turned on again. I have not received any clear answer from support about what is wrong with the server. They just respond with pre-copied answers and the fact that there may be critical data on the server does not bother them

fraudsters

I do not recommend contacting them. they promise one thing, give worse, then demand to pay extra to replace it with something better. if you indicated your credit card on their website, you can no longer delete it, and cancel the payment as well, it is forever, and they do not return the money. you only need to go to the bank and change your credit card. support answers once every 2-3 days with standard phrases, all the same to your problem. do not cooperate with them.

Inappropriate services

Rented a dedicated server on i9 13900k. Hosting underestimated the speed of the central processor without prior notice. In the future, I had to pay extra to change the central processor to a 7950x3d, but this processor also worked poorly. I refused the rental service. The hosting automatically activated the service, and then automatically charged the usage fee in advance, that is, the Sunday before the end of the previous subscription. I have now canceled the service again, but could not remove the credit card myself. In the ticket, 10 times requested removal, but the hosting simply closed the ticket without removing the credit card. I had to re-create the ticket
Support responds once a day with prepared phrases without even delving into the essence of the problem.
I will change the review, how to return the funds for the fact that they independently connected the service and then, without warning, withdrew funds from the card in advance

Waited 4 days for the server to be setup and wasn't aware of this prior. No reply from support in 3 days, now I have access to the server it just keeps restarting.

I notice this hosting(space-hosting) from google search

then i was test..

Extremely Dissatisfied with the Hosting Service

I am extremely dissatisfied with this hosting company's services. My server was suspended without any prior warning, which prevented me from providing my services and led to financial losses and loss of clients. Despite numerous attempts to contact support through tickets, WhatsApp messages, and other channels, I received no response.

I only received an email notifying me of the server suspension by the administrator, without any explanation. Such a lack of communication is irresponsible and unprofessional, violating the fundamental principles of hosting services.

I am deeply disappointed with the quality of service. I have never encountered a hosting provider that treats its customers so poorly. The suspension of the server without warning and the complete lack of response from support are unacceptable. Based on other users' reviews, I fear I will not receive any compensation or even an apology.

I strongly advise against using this company’s services. I am considering taking legal action and reaching out to other affected clients to collectively pursue our rights.

My short story...
I was in other hosting (a super bad one!!) , i mean... they were great at the beginning when i had my other stores , like 6 years ago... but now , since 3 years they are the worst i ever met!!!! i had to give up on them an on their bad escuses.
so i took 2 days from my main work , i backed up everything from my stores, and i open an account on space-hosting!
Starting the restore, testing and pufffffff!! WORKING!! AMAZING!!!

Loving , Enjoying , so let's continue this journey.

Very happy with the service

I have used a number of different hosting services in the past and decided to try Space Hosting for my requirements. Setup was quick and support was excellent when an app decided to run amok on the server. A few months into the service and I'm still very happy. I'll certainly be putting more business their way.
