Poor service
Poor service. Cleaner arrived 2 hours late without cleaning products. Broke a spray mop.
Rang to complain, was promised a refund. 2 months later and numerous ignored calls and messages, still no refund. I really wouldn't recommend this company

THEY DONT TURN UP
Booked in to get my house nice and clean for my girlfriend to come back off holiday to which they was made aware this was the reason for booking in the clean.
Booked in from 10am to 1pm, 11am still no arrival of cleaners and no contact to let me know if anyone is coming or they are running late.
Totally unprofessional and shocking service.
