I received my SpaceGym a few weeks ago and wanted to give it a try before reviewing.. so far my partner and I have been really impressed! We're already advancing onto some of the more challenging exercises, I love that they have full length professional follow along workouts available on youtube. I just stick it on the tele and follow along in my living room!
Its very different to other home workout equipment I have tried, for such a small device I'm very impressed with the resistance and durability. All the friends I have shown it to have gone home and bought one!
My daughter gifted me a spacegym after reading an article regarding rehabilitation, I have been using this a couple of weeks now and I am able to exercise from my chair which is fantastic. I have just ordered the wall bracket which adds some extra exercises I can do.
