Great Customer Service Support from Ms. Abigail
I had a stressful time trying to book a parking spot on Spacer in Seattle – I didn’t know the procedure and kept hitting roadblocks.
Miss Abigail completely turned it around. She called me, and when the call dropped (my bad signal), she immediately called me back – something no one has ever done for me before. That alone showed how responsible and caring she is.
She patiently explained everything, stayed kind and professional throughout, resolved every issue, and even created the booking for me directly.
Her politeness, knowledge, and genuine desire to help were outstanding. She made a frustrating experience truly pleasant.
