Guess everyone else is having the same exact issue with this company this year. All stuck on lugs on a full set I ordered, Company is taking about a month per response with absolutely no help in returning/refunding. Complete waste of time and money. Go else where.

Contacted due lug nuts stuck in shipping. No response or anything. Do not buy from this seller

Horrible company! Stole my money. They sent me the wrong spacers then when I sent them back for a refund they say they never received them. I have all proof that they did in fact receive them. So they just stole 260 dollars from me. And are refusing to refund my money or at least send the spacers that I paid for back to me. Do not buy from this company!! Warning! Horrible customer service! They take weeks to respond. And send the wrong parts! Scammers!!

Order one of there products there computer system said would fit my truck took a while to get them obviously didn’t fit then emailed them it took them three times as long as they said it would take for them to get back to me had to email them one more time which I believe they were insulated by but I was concerned about there wildly inconvenient, and just plain ridiculous return policies and it’s time frame. Then they sent me another email disclosing there return policy which took more time and then after that one more email with the number needed for the return which took up all the time I had for the return process which is five days. Can’t imagine why that short of time would be more important than having a satisfied customer but that’s there business model. They also were going to charge me about 65$ for a restocking fee which is outrageous as well as paying shipping and handling also was explained that if the package was lost or damaged in anyway during shipping no refund would be given. So idk if that would include a scratch or what. These are wheel spacers for a truck so Id rather give them to a friend and someone be happy out of this then give them a product they may or may not sell again with any type of accountability to if they were actually be damaged. Again there computer confirmed these would fit my truck. I took them at there word. My mistake. The actual quality of the product was nothing special exactly the same as any of the cheaper competitors which actually give a finish for there product. I personally would never do bio with them again.
