Delivery conditions terrible
The products are nice but the delivery conditions are horrible. If I order several bottles of alcohol they should be delivered to door. I’m not going to lug a heavy and fragile box from a delivery point. It is not clear if it is the store being cheap on the delivery or the courier company abusing the position when everything is bought over the internet these days. In any case it reduces my desire to order in the future

Thanks for you valuable feedback and sorry to hear that the delivery haven't met your expectations.
I can confirm that our delivery contract include home delivery and the courier is only allow to leave the parcel in a pickup point if they fail to deliver in your address. Reviewing the delivery history it seems this may have been the case, anyway we are going to open a case with UPS to better understand what may have gone wrong.
