Very comprehensive system with excellent support
For years, I used a system called SpamArrest which closed down in December 2024... after much research, I chose SpamHero as the new anti-spam solution for my domains.
Like any comprehensive system, it took a while to get to grips with all the policies, filters, setting etc.
Several months on, I fully understand the system and rate it very highly. It's clearly been carefully developed by techs who really understand every facet of mail delivery (and how it can be abused!)
Their support team have been there every time I've needed them, night or day and always provide an answer or solution. Special mention to Ryan who is particularly knowledgeable!
Their approved / block list is very comprehensive and has allowed me to replicate the setup I had with SpamArrest (minus the sender verification - I just review the scheduled quarantine reports instead).
