I love the way HSA customizes the way the teach each student! Choosing a 60/40 Spanish-English ratio has helped my daughter be able listen and comprehend Spanish better after only four lessons! I can’t wait to see how well she’s understanding and speaking by the end of the year! Paola Porras has been amazing!!

We are a homeschool family in a rural area in Idaho, finding a good Spanish tutor or spanish class was difficult for my middle school daughter. I researched Homeschool Spanish Academy and decided to give it a free trial, my daughter loved it and we decided to buy the package. My daughter looks forward to her classes and takes about 2 classes a week. You get to choose your time and teacher, my daughter loved Eddeth Giron from the beginning and enjoys learning Spanish with her. I am very impressed with the curriculum as well and am glad something else is off my plate as all quizzes and lessons are done with her teacher.

Teachers are really friendly and student oriented which helps create positive and productive learning

My son loved his lesson with Cristian and has enjoyed all the very kind teachers he has had over the few months we have been participating. He is getting more comfortable interacting with new teachers and retaining some of what he learns in his lessons. Having a live instructor makes us accountable and ensure we don't skip lessons even when life gets hectic.

We love HSA! It’s been a great way to introduce Spanish to my son. The teachers are so kind and encouraging. We especially love Kiara Villatoro!
We also really love the ability to schedule classes as frequently as we desire and that the homework/assignments are easy to access on the student dashboard.

Estuardo is very engaging and teaches topics well. Conversations with him are easy to follow even when utilizing more complex structures.

Our experience with Homeschool Spanish Academy has been wonderful. The scheduling process is very straightforward and offers a lot of flexibility.

We have had several wonderful teachers but are now working mostly with Melissa. She is very patient and supportive. She makes my daughter’s lessons engaging and fun!

The curriculum is a great combination of lessons, review sessions, and quizzes. The homework is very helpful to solidify concepts learned in prior lessons. We look forward to continuing to learn with HSA!

We feel so lucky to have found Ms. Eddeth Girón! She has been my 8-year-old son Isaiah's Spanish teacher since the 2025 school year, and she has made learning Spanish something he genuinely looks forward to every week. Her classes are fun, engaging, and interactive, and most importantly, he is learning and growing in confidence.

Ms. Eddeth teaches with such warmth, kindness, and patience. She always has a smile on her face, and you can truly feel how much she loves teaching. One of the things we appreciate most is her flexibility. Whether Isaiah joins class from home, the car, or while we're out and about, she seamlessly adapts the lesson and even uses his surroundings to teach practical, real-life Spanish. It has made learning feel natural and exciting.

She is also incredibly patient with his little sister, who loves popping in just to say hello. Those small moments show the kind of teacher she is.

What has impressed us the most is how much she genuinely cares about her students. On the rare occasions when life gets busy and we forget a class or are running late, she'll send a gentle reminder. It's such a thoughtful gesture and makes us feel like she truly goes above and beyond.

We've also had a wonderful experience with Homeschool Spanish Academy. Scheduling classes is easy, and there are many teachers to choose from. But for Isaiah, there is only one teacher - Ms. Eddeth! He would rather wait for her next available opening than take a class with anyone else.

My son primarily works with Loreth. She is a very patient and encouraging instructor and my son really enjoys his lessons with her. When Loreth has been unavailable. he's worked with other instructors and those experiences have been very positive, as well. We've always had very positive experiences with our academy lessons.

Rosario has been teaching my daughter and I must say she is doing an amazing job. There is a full structured curriculum with homework and i absolutely love it! My daughter is very happy and is actually learning!

My older kids (18 and 15) have been using Homeschool Academy for 8 years now. They have built personal relationships with numerous teachers over the years and are always excited to log on to see their favorites. Just last week, my son reported to me that he's had over 600 classes with Jorge Palacios, whom he considers a personal friend. Not only that, but, despite having no family or close friends proficient in Spanish, I can honestly say that my older kids are both now easily at C1 fluency, with their younger siblings (8 and 11) well on track to accomplish the same.

Wilma is so engaging and fun to be with for my 8 yr old child. We have loved this experience as non-native Spanish speakers, talking with a native Spanish speaker has been fabulous!

We love it! Javier Lopez is an awesome teacher. Our son (9 years old) is really enjoying it. Perfect bite sized chunks. So glad we are doing this 2-3 times a week.

Perla and Sara were very organized, had a game plan and asked all the right questions to ensure we had a clear objective. Most importantly the kids had a lot of fun and were so happy!

As a student, Homeschool Spanish Academy has been such a great experience. This summer, I have been taking classes almost every day with my teacher, Ms. Keyla Guamuch, to earn credits for high school. Just in the past two months, I've gone from knowing no Spanish at all to being able to have short conversations with my teacher. Thank you to Ms. Keyla for making each class so engaging. I truly enjoy them, and I can ask any questions I have. I recommend HSA to any high schoolers out there!
