I ordered two tap valves and paid by…
I ordered two tap valves and paid by card. On 4/6 they mailed me (in French despite my order and delivery address being in Spain), to say that the order could only be partially completed. Strange a it’s a standard tap valve, only one in stock? They processed my payment and took the full amount. Their delivery company Chronopostpost mailed me on 22/6 saying delivery next morning. No delivery. They mailed again to say delivery next morning 24/6. No delivery. They mailed again to say delivery next morning 25/6. No delivery. Each time I waited in for the goods. Then they mailed me to say the item had been delivered and asked me to rate their service. Joke??? I telephoned the company in France and asked if anyone could speak to me in English or Spanish. They cut the call. So I have no money and no valve.

Received a non matching part. Impossible to receive the return instructions through their website. Sent several messages to their customer support, have not received a single response. Still have the wrong part with me, and refund in sight.

Ordered and Paid for Spares the 1st of…
Ordered and Paid for Spares the 1st of October, told 10 days for delivery, 15 days later received an E/Mail saying spares will be delayed until the maybe the 21st of November, a total of almost 8 weeks, and they expect me to be with out a Cooker Oven for that length of time, very poor service.
