James, the staff member who I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful which made the whole process of ordering the parts that I needed quite painless and straightforward which was a bonus. I would certainly use this Company again and I recommend them to others.

I've given these 4 stars purely because it isn't made explicit on the website or by emails that your part is unlikely to be in stock and will be ordered from the manufacturer, wherever that may be, this means it will take some time to arrive, All these guys need to do is let you know that this is the case on the website or email preferably before payment (then it's your choice) This is my only gripe because they communicated well, responded to all my messages and the part has come and is correct. I'm actually very happy and wouldn't hesitate to use them again (now I am aware of how long it might take, I can be prepared for the wait) All in all very happy !!

Quick and easy and efficient service for my spare part requirements

I was trying to buy a replacement cable for a Ryobi lawnmower. Turns out they’re no longer available. James
was knowledgeable, understood exactly what I wanted, directed me to an alternative part and described how to fit it.

I ordered this part on 15th March 2024. On 25th March I requested a refund due to the delay in delivery. I was told that I couldn't have a refund because the part had been dispatched. The part was delivered on 9th April, 15 days after I was told it had been dispatched.
When I did finally receive the part it was not a genuine DeWalt part.

I was having trouble trying to by an item i needed online but something went wrong so i phoned and spoke with a chap called James Duffin how was very helpful. First he checked to see if my original on line order went through he said it hadn't great, then he asked what i was trying to buy i told him what i wanted and he done the rest. Will pleased with his efforts. Thanks

I ordered a replacement Milwaukee multi tool locking washer on the 22/03/24 to then be emailed on the 25/03/24 to be told its not in stock and they expect it to be with them by the 27th and was told it would arrive before Saturday. Never arrived still waiting. Emailed multiple times and nothing. If you need a part I'd suggest going elsewhere

Helpful with what I asked for, sent diagrams for me to point out parts, by number. All done in a few minutes & now I'm happy as I'll have the parts I wanted soon. Very professional company.
