The worst experience ever! They were not even trying to move things: carrying one little thing at a time, waiting around for each other or not carrying heavy things as one was gone and for another man alone was too heavy to lift, one man got lost for 20min (?!) and yet we still had to pay for this time, even walking slooowly on purpose. It was a waste of money and energy. We ended up moving everything by ourselves as they were simply useless and dragged the time in a too obvious and rude way!!

Super tryg flytning. Søde venlige flyttefolk ankom til tiden og knoklede løs med flytning med stor respekt for mine ting. Tunge besværlige ting, herunder klaver, blev flyttet med et smil og uden problemer. Alt fra bestilling til flytning har fungeret upåklageligt. Super god service og styr på sagerne fra start til slut. It was great. Guys were fast and my apartment got moved in something under 3 hours.

Great, organized, and very flexible guys. They helped us with throwing bulky waste out too. Would recommend 😊

Initially we booked a time for 10.00 – 11.00 on a Friday. A day prior I called to confirm the time, and they said that the booking is at 14.00-15.00 instead. On the moving day, we got a call that they movers will arrive at 11.00 and they ended up at our place at 13.00. Not a great start and we had to be 'on hold' for hours just to understand when are they actually arriving.

Once the moving started one of the movers said that this is has been qualified incorrectly and was not a 'small moving' as they had initially assessed. That meant that it took 7.5 hours to move, where I still had to do A LOT of the work myself. Once at the new apartment they had hired a 3 person to help which meant that I had to pay extra for that as well.

The total bill ended up being around 8.500 DKK for a 'small moving'. The bill included hiring a third person that I had not agreed upon before-hand and a fee of 1250 DKK for moving 2 pieces of heavy furniture. Looking at their website, neither of the furniture we have qualify as 'heavy' by their own standards.

Lastly they left a lot of plastic boxes at my old apartment which where only removed after I called them to do so.
