No response with request for assistance with defective product. No definitive company identification to send complaints to. Most reputible companies will stand behind their products and cover shipping issues for returns or refunds. No reason customer should cover additional monies shipping when sent a useless product.

If I could give them less than a 1 I would. I am an idiot for not reading about them before spending $144.85 on 3 humidifiers, receiving only 2 of them, which both worked just once, and now do not work at all. I have not been able to get them to work again. I guess I never should have shut them off to refill. No telephone number, no address, I can't even send them back.

I bought the SkyDrive for my car on September 16th. After the initial email thanking me for my purchase, I’ve seen and heard nothing. I’ve reached out and still nothing. How do I get my money back?

I ordered the WIFIBoost but got skeptical when I was text a message from by bank as well reading the rating and comments. I must says that I was concerned. But the customer notification(s) and were very good and actually received my product 2 days early in 7 days. The product was installed and is working but need to see if the speed can be tweaked...I would say I am pleased.

I ordered 3 neck fans for people going through medical difficulties. After the credit card payment processed everything went silent, no confirmation, no tracking number, no updates....NOTHING.

These are the lowest of low, beware and know they are dishonest and will defraud you at some level.

This company misrepresents the quality of their products online, which they charge a higher price for, and then when I requested an address to return the unused product for refund, they give me an address in China, when the company address was a US address AND the product was shipped using US postage from another US address.

Complete and total fraud!

I did not get my blood glucose monitor. I got cheap looking oximeters.

I purchased two pain-free glucose monitors and received two pulse ox/pulse monitors. Negative 10 stars.

I ordered 3 EMS foot massagers they arrived after almost 3 weeks. When I opened the packages I couldn't find the remote control in none of the 3 boxes. Are you going to send me the remote? without the remote it is useless to me. If you don't respond to my request in next 48 hours I would dispute the charges on my credit card. Thanks

For $48 I received a scratch remover cloth. It took almost two weeks to arrive- $14 was just for shipping that could have gone in a brown envelope for 1st class postage. The directions on the package say to use with "scratch wax"-not included - never mentioned in the sales pitch. I ordered scratch wax from Amazon for $17 that includes the same kind of wipes! I should have done my homework on this company. I know better than to buy off the internet. Never again! Avoid Spark Tek!

This company is running a scam and preying on diabetics. They sell a product called BloodVitals and imply that it measures blood sugar. The website says "pain free" and "no skin pricking" and posts reviews of people saying they use it to monitor their diabetes. What comes in the mail ($55 later) is a cheap pulse oximeter that you could buy elsewhere for less than $10.

When you request a return and refund they first claim to offer a 20% refund, then a 30% refund without returning the product.

From reading other reviews, it appears that there will never be any refund whether the product is returned or not.

They will then respond to this review with a false claim of help.

Learn from my mistake of doing business with this company and stay far away from them.

Product not as described. Supposed to be glucose monitor for finger -no finger prick. Received a cheap oximeter available for $5-10 from other sources. Scam

I ordered an item from this company. It took three weeks to ship to me, I immediately returned the item unopened. I followed their return instructions to the letter.

USPS tracking confirms they received the item. They are refusing to refund the purchase until I give them the tracking information. This is just a delay tactic.

They are a con, thieves. Avoid doing business with this company, you'll regret it.

I ordered a Cool Jet portable ac, then showed shipped and invoiced by Spark-Tek, received update label printed, then nothing. Waited for 20 days no change, Sent numerous emails that were replied to by company called Straight Commece, who kept telling me the tracking does not show the progress. This is a scam. I contacted my bank for a full refund of monies. UPDATE: I I received the response posted below and unfortunately the situation is not resolved. Keep getting the run around.

I purchased a Wireless-N WiFi repeater. It arrived, and I could not set it up. The directions are poor. I would like to return it. How can I do that?

Ordered a lumonails device from this company on beginning of may and received on 5/28. The items received is not the same as described on website. The company provided 30 day money back guarantee but the "return and refund" is always got response of "connection time out", the "contact us" also got time out, meaning, there is no way to get contact with them.

I should have looked at the reviews before buying. I bought 2 TV antennas and it does not connect to my TV, I need to return it but there was no packing slip; no confirmation email and no order number. When I ordered it said "easy returns" but now I can't even find how to return it. I'm not even sure I am on the right site because Spark-Tek Co CA US seems elusive to find.
