Having contacted spark energy customer services, I was answered by a lady who was the most friendliest, helpful lady !
I had a problem with my electric billing and she sorted it all out so professionally and nothing was any problem for her ... I only wish I had her name as she deserves a recognition of good customer service X
She even credited my account with £10 for the confusion that had been caused .!
