Brilliant service- problem with a dropped iPhone sorted whilst i waited with a new gell screen protector fitted

I've used Spark Angels a few times before and they are never less than super-friendly, helpful with good advice, and highly professional. Always been highly satisfied with their service and wouldn't go to anyone else with my device issues.

I needed a new battery in my iPad. I took it along to Spark angels to see how much it’d be. I’m pleased I did as they’ve now sorted it and it’s working brilliant. The staff were lovely with great customer service. Will definitely be using them again.

Iphone showing battery on its way out, visited as walk in today. Really helpful and brilliant service, so friendly and helpful. Battery replaced in record time. The biggest surprise was the was the great price. Such value.

Was told somebody would get back to me. Nobody did. Sent another message a few days later. Then another message a few days after that. Eventually got a phone call. No apology. Was asked what model device I wanted a battery for, despite my having filled out a form. The guy told me that the form probably got lost. He then said he couldn’t work on my device because they sometimes break and Spark Angels didn’t want to bear the cost. He told me that his company always told the truth upfront, unlike its competitors. Never a good idea to diss the competition, is it? As though telling the truth was exceptional behaviour, something to be proud of. As customers, we should surely always expect the truth as a given - not as an exception.

Disappointed I got no apology for lack of response or for the admission that they’d lost the form. I take no pleasure in posting these kinds of reviews, but I hope my comments will be noted. I hope there will be no belligerent attitude or accusations of anger.

Polite but efficient communications - flexibility, rapid responses. First class service at very fair price.

MacBook key had broken off. Possibly needed whole keyboard replaced due to the way MacBooks are constructed. Was fully told all of the possible options and prices when I dropped the MacBook off. Other repair shops I contacted either didn’t reply to my query or quoted a lot more than Spark Angels. In the end, they were able to replace the key itself, the same day and at a reasonable price. I have used Spark Angels previously, but a long time ago - glad to see their customer service and technical knowledge is still excellent! I will definitely use Spark Angels in future and highly recommend them.

These guys know their stuff! I have had two iPads and my iPhone 11 repaired. Fantastic knowledge and very fast service. All items repaired on the same day.
And all at very reasonable price! I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

I recently took my iPod Classic to Spark Angels as I had an issue I couldn't resolve. They quickly diagnosed the fault & swiftly arranged a repair.

My iPhone was diagnosed and repaired on the same day and at a reasonable cost. I always felt that i was there most important customer with any questions answered and useful advice recieved. It’s so nice to see a company with truly good customer service.

Exemplary service! My family and I have used Spark Angels several times in the past few years, and have always been impressed with their first class service and affordable prices.
Recently I went with my iPad, following problems with the screen and water damage. The member of staff (Steve) was extremely honest and helpful, advising me that it would be more advantageous to purchase a newer model than waste money on costly repairs, etc. Indeed he even advised me which retailers had the best prices for the model I wanted and, after acquiring my new iPad, transferred all my data within a couple of hours.
Being honest and unbiased, we have always been extremely pleased with their service and quality of work…… we would not go anywhere else!

Always go to spark angels when I need my phone repaired and they always do an amazing job and are always quick.
Went to them recently for a screen repair only and my phone was also missing a home button but wasn’t bothered about it, once I got my phone back they repaired the screen and also fixed the home button too with no charge to which I am very grateful for!

I had a problem with my iPad , a broken screen , at about 12.00 and I contacted them and took it it it was repaired and I picked it up before 4.00 pm. Superb service once again I can’t thank them enough.

Very disappointed paid £25 don’t think they tried more interested in selling me a refurbished iPad at a silly price got it cheaper at curry’s
