It runs the whole job from one record: price the work and send a quote, fill in the certificate on site, and send the invoice with the certificate attached. The certificates follow the BS 7671 model forms, so you can complete an EIC, EICR or Minor Works Certificate on your phone or tablet with the meter still in your hand. Test results are checked as you type, which means an impossible Zs or a slow RCD trip time gets flagged on site rather than by a scheme assessor weeks later. The signed PDF reaches the customer before you leave the job. Quoting, invoicing and certification live together instead of across three separate apps. The invoice goes out with the certificate attached, which is usually what gets a landlord to pay. SparkCerts also remembers every EICR you issue and tells you when each one is due again, so repeat work comes back to you instead of being lost in a drawer.
