The delivery conditions are disgusting. 3 days after arrival the shipment is destroyed. Disgusting!

I reviewed your account and see the most recent order you placed but not sure what exactly went wrong just from this review and certainly not sure what exactly was "disgusting". For example, did the item arrive to the destination or were there issues with the delivery or were there issues with the condition of the package upon delivery? Did the item stop working properly after you opened it or upon arrival? We obviously do not want any of our customers to have a negative experience and we're always looking for ways to improve. More context and information would be greatly appreciated.

I also noticed that nothing has been submitted to our Customer Support team. Too easy

Too easy! Ordering was simple, shipping quick, and the most unique products around. I am excited about being able to integrate a GPS receiver without having to build custom solutions just to access some of the advanced features.

Shipping needs to be improved

Shipping needs to be improved, my package is lost and its been unneccessary hassle tracking things.

I did review your account and it appears your package did leave our warehouse, and was handed off to the carrier, 2 days after the order was placed (on 3/17). Unfortunately, once the package is handed off to our carriers, we have no control over what happens to it and how it gets handled and how it gets delivered. From our internal standpoint, we assume, once we hand it off to the carrier, they will do their utmost to get it delivered to our customers and I apologize that didn't happen.

Upon looking up the tracking number on the carrier's site, it does show as delivered so I hope that's the case. If not, and if anything like this happens in the future although we, of course, hope this isn't replicated, please reach out directly to support@sparkfun.com and one of our Customer Support Representatives will be more than happy to help out and offer potential solutions.

I was really satisfied with my order…

I was really satisfied with my order from SparkFun. Customer service got back to me quickly and my package came quickly as well. I would definitely order from SparkFun again. I think the only thing stopping me from ordering right now is that a couple of things are on back order. But I anticipate ordering a couple more parts as they become available and my projects develop.

ordered two sparlfun SerLCD diplays - Not

ordered two sparlfun SerLCD diplays. I received one of the displays. I still have to receive the second. It hasn't shipped yet for more than two weeks.

Can you folks move the delivery of the second display up to real time so that I can receive it before Christmas?
