I enjoyed the nail tech, but she offered me a discount for the gel polish, I accepted it, but she didn't use gel polish. I t was chilly out the day I went so I had to walk out the salon with those paper thin little salon things, and the icing was when I went to pay, I didn't leave a tip on my card, but was going to give tech cash! The guy who did the transaction, said in his language which I understood that , because the tech said see me next time , he tells her no she didn't tip🤬🤬 I waited for my husband to pull around, and I told him you shouldn't speak on a person tipping, and laughing about them not tipping when tech said see you next time! He's the reason for the 2 stars....I received a 90 min service, but when I called back to let the manager know she tells me that the tech took her time😳 she was supposed to it was a 90 min service, now if I got a regular Pedi and she took extra time I can see what the manager meant! This is the one in Alexandria, on Aslpth st. Never again will I go there or recommend, because of the guys remark!

This is my first order with Sparkle and Pop. I am very impressed with the efficiency and service.I placed my orders yesterday and it arrived in less than 24 hours. I ordered a bottle of Ace of Spades yesterday afternoon for my boyfriend's 21st Birthday present and it arrived this afternoon. The delivery was super quick and efficient, and I had absolutely no problems with either the ordering or delivery process. The bottle comes in a lovely packaging and personalised gift tag, and is over £100 cheaper than if I was to order from Selfridges. Will definitely be ordering again and would definitely recommend ordering from Sparkle and Pop!

These people are the best.
I ordered a bottle of Cristal for my Mum's 80th, price was the lowest by far. Then in all my last minute panicking I'd put the wrong postcode in for the delivery address and they got straight onto me to double check. There was also a strange spelling in the note that I'd requested and they wanted to make sure I hadn't just misspelled it. Can't fault that attention to detail.
Will definitely use them again and be happy to recommend them to anyone

Everybody in my Family nows me as a Champagne Guy. When they invite me to a dinner, they know that I will bring something special. And that "special" is what I am looking for in the companies that sell the champagnes and sparkling wines. That communication which will make me feel more than a regular person. I was looking for a bottle of something special for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary and stumbled across Sparkle & Pop. It didn’t take me long to find the ideal bottle of champagne. Ordering was easy, and the bottle was shipped the same day (even though i ordered late afternoon), and it arrived in perfect condition with my parents the next day. I was especially impressed with the note I’d asked to be included – someone has lovely handwriting! My mother even commented on it, thinking my wife had written it.

Altogether a very satisfying experience. I will be using Sparkle & Pop again and recommend you do the same, you won’t regret it.

Kudos to Sparkle & Pop for putting together such a good selection of champagnes, wines and spirits, not only hard to find but also unbeatable on price. I was able to get the champagne my sister wanted for her wedding for £100 less than in the other couple of stores I could find it and it came in just the most beautiful box. So luxurious! This will be my go-to store now for any special occasions.

Ordered a bottle of Armand du Brignac champagne as a gift, champagne bottle has arrived scratched in transit. Spoke to returns and they arranged for a courier to be on my doorstep within 4 hours to pick up and return the damaged bottle

Within 24 working hours a new bottle was despatched with extra packaging to correct what may have caused the damage to the last bottle

Sign of great service is what you do to correct things when it goes wrong, can't recommend the company high enough
