Where do I begin… booked a ‘deep clean’…

Where do I begin… booked a ‘deep clean’ and the cleaner couldn’t even be bothered to remove cobwebs that were starring him in the face.

He arrived in sliders which he had been wearing outside, so easy to take off but decided to keep them on when walking up my cream carpet on my stairs which I paid to have steam cleaned the night before. This is now marked with dirt. I should have realised this was only going to go south after this start.

I had to complain to his boss 3 times but his boss didn’t seem bothered. Just kept saying “he’s removed his shoes now” but the damage had already been done.

Despite having a big bag of cleaning products, he kept using water to wipe down surfaces and windows.

After he finished upstairs his boss said check if I’m happy…I went up and there were still cobwebs in every corner of each room, he then said he couldn’t use the hoover because he didn’t want to mark the walls and ceilings but I gave him a hoover head with a brush end specifically for this reason.

This happened 4 times where he had to take the hoover back upstairs because he hadn’t bothered to clean the rooms properly. After the 4th time, I told the owner I wasn’t happy as this took 4 hours and he still hadn’t completed upstairs, hadn’t removed the dust off the doors, skirtings and cobwebs and I had booked 4 hours off work to supervise this, luckily I was there otherwise my carpet would have needed another professional steam clean and my house would have been left unclean. Added 4 hours he hadn’t started on the lounge and wiped some kitchen cupboards down with water which are still dirty and marked. I’d had enough but the owner didn’t respond for 3 hours so I cancelled the payment which obviously worked as the owner finally contacted me. He told me to tell him what went wrong but constantly talked over me, phoned my partner as I was working but then when she tried to speak to him he said it has nothing to do with her despite her being my business partner. Despite cancelling the payment he’s taken the payment and offered no solution.

I should have read the review on trust pilot because some poor women paid similar and had the same outcome. Honestly can’t believe what a waste of time this company has been and thank god it’s happened now because we were going to use them regularly

Paid £160 for nothing

Paid £160 for nothing, All they done was the washing up and wipe the sides in the kitchen when this was meant to be a ‘FULL’ deep house clean.
The lady was very rude.
No bathrooms were touched when i especially paid for them to be touched. Living room wasn’t touched.
I rang to complain and they wouldn’t even give me my money back.
£160 for nothing i really wouldn’t recommend
