Hoodie is good quality, lovely colours and material. For a larger but slimmer build dog Id recommend sizing down, as the chest is very wide for a hound for the right back length.

This company is based in US making returns costly. Items are mailed from China making delivery slow. Advertised as an Australian company.
I ordered a hoodie for my French bulldog and using their size chart ordered a large. When it arrived it wouldn’t even fit a chihuahua. It was 5 inch smaller than the size chart declared. Makes it impossible to know what size to order if the items are manufactured so poorly. Won’t be ordering again. Very expensive poor quality Chinese items.

Customer service incredible! I ordered wrong size tops for one of my dogs, emailed customer services and got a reply straight away and a really quick exchange, spark paws are now my go to online pooch shop, can’t wait to buy more products, would 100% recommend

I bought a hoodie for my frenchie and it was the first sweater that fit him properly! It was so fluffy and fuzzing on the inside too which makes it warm. He has since passed but he got many compliments on his hoodie 😊🐶💕

I ordered a sweater for my boy. The sweater arrived with a giant tear. I returned it and reordered the sweater. The same sweater with the tear was sent again! Terrible. I didn't bother sending it back again.

I initially ordered winter boots and carefully measured my dog according to the sizing guide. Despite this, the boots did not fit properly — the straps fell in anatomically inappropriate places, making them uncomfortable and unsuitable for use.

When I attempted to return them, I was instructed to ship the item to the United States. From Europe, the return shipping cost would have exceeded the value of the product, making a refund effectively unrealistic. I was instead offered a store credit, which was only valid for 30 days.

As a result, I placed another order and chose a collar, again following the sizing guidelines carefully. Unfortunately, the collar also did not fit — it was far too large. Additionally, this model has no real adjustability, so unless the size is exact, it simply cannot be used.

Overall, my experience highlights several issues: unreliable sizing guidance, a return process that is impractical for EU customers, and time-limited store credit that pressures customers into further purchases without resolving the original problem.

I would advise caution when ordering, especially from Europe.

UPDATE:
After posting a review, Spark Paws contacted me and issued a 50% refund without requiring a return. I appreciate this gesture. However, it only came after public feedback, and it does not change the core issues with sizing accuracy and the impractical return process for EU customers.

Drop shipping at its finest. Just go on AliExpress next time. Save some money. I checked on my order via SHOP to see if it was shipped yet. And it's coming from china. I thought I was supporting an American business. What a waste.

They got right on my order and delivered it right away. I had one mistake. That was my fault for ordering the wrong size which they quickly did a flip and turn around on so anytime I need anything like that for my dogs. They’re the people to go to honest and trustworthy.

This company's Customer Service Team is awesome! They responded to my previous review that wasn't the best, and helped me to get the best fit for my dog. Shipping was fast and the quality of the harness is top notch. Hats off to Spark Paws!

Love the quality and the matching sweatshirts are so cute. We get compliments everywhere we go. Love Love them. Shipping takes a bit longer but Love the conpany and quality of the product. Have bought more since the first order.

Quality of the items were incredible. Initially, had an issue with sizing but received super quick help to correct it (customer support will help guide sizing if need be in case you’re on the fence between sizes like I was) - all in all very happy :)

Ordered 2 jackets in size 2xl for our two 55ish pound goldendoodles, and unfortunately they were too big. They were great quality, and I would have exchanged if they had the right size. The refund was fast and easy and Shylaine was excellent to help speed up the process. Will for sure be ordering from this company again for the customer service alone!
