DONT DO IT. Whatever you’re thinking read this and so many of the other entries first.
I fell into the free shipping trap and ordered two pairs of what looked like lovely men’s leather mules, just what I was looking for.
However, what turned up looked nothing like the online image. Plastic flip flops fell out of the hopeless packaging.
I was so unhappy I then returned them hoping for a refund and then experienced the promise of a refund that went from a few days that has now gone on for cover 6 months. What a fool I feel.
Do not fall for this scam. I am so frustrated. It’s a shame that there isn’t a choice for zero stars

i ordered a pair of winter type boots from this mob on 07/10/23 they arrived at my door on 10/10/23, i opened them only to find two left feet boots i e mailed them that same day the 19th i could go into a long story about trying to get an exchange then finally striking up a deal for a 30% refund. the emails that i have sent them have all been replied to to with various excuses about the refund personal and the refund department, result so far is were approaching mid march and still no refund has been sent to me. my advice to anyone thinking of getting involved with this company is a very big DONT, STEER CLEAR i wish i had

Fortunately, the shoes are very good. They have a shiny surface and no smell. They are very good shoes.

I received it in five days. The quality is okay.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The jacket I ordered looks nothing like the photo, bad quality product. There was no return address or receipt in the bag and they keep telling me its "difficult to return the item" and are offering me 15% and to keep the item. Do not order from this company its a scam.

Customer service answers questions promptly.

The returns address is wrong.
They don't reply to emails.

Returns and exchanges are troublesome.

Purchased 3 items and only received one, to which the quality of the received item was a joke and completely substandard, pulls in the jumper, lose thread all around the neck and sleeves.

Originally thought I had been scammed, but when the one item arrived, I realised that I would have rather have not received it and took it on the chin, but to receive a "premium jumper" that looks like it worth around 50 pence and thread bare just make it even worse that these jokers think its ok to sell substandard items if your they do arrive, stay well clear!

Total nightmare, items nothing like photographs or descriptions, then company won’t refund. My return was refused at return address then after going through PayPal they offer firstly 30%, then 50% then 70% refund and to keep the items for charity. My advice, don’t buy anything from them…

Never buy from this outlet, sub standard, cheap, mass produced clothing. When you try to get a refund, they'll offer you something like 15%. Avoid at all cost. Cheap, nasty little rip-offs merchants. 0-stars

Only half the order arrived. Goods were absolute rubbish. Contact can only be made via email. Their emails are written in pigeon English. The emails arrive overnight which suggests they are based abroad and not in Batley as it says on their website. I will be taking my case to the fraud squad and suggest that if you were thinking of dealing with them, you should think again and steer well clear.

Do Not buy any products from this company, products are rubbish quality and they tell you that you can’t return it , they told me to sell them on myself and they would give me 30% back . Or send back to an address in china , they should not be allowed to sell anything online.

I bought a men's sweater from this company, when it arrived the quality was rubbish. They stated that they had a refund policy and posted an address to send returns. I sent the parcel but it was returned to me saying that the company is not there. I looked on google maps and the address is a house on an estate, obviously a false address and a scam. Don't bother to email them, I must have sent 20 emails and received a different excuse every time. I did report them to google where there ad was posted but they are still advertising on google. I suspect that when their business dries up they'll just change the name and start again. DO NOT buy anything from Sparkrhythm.

I can’t express how awful , product nothing like the photo and sent back to uk address provided , costing over £5 signed delivery , emailed the company explaining the dreadful quality and refund expected
To be told 10% refund , that’s £3 , what ??? How can this company allow to exist it’s surely illegal , everything mentioned and shown on the website is a lie !

Very good at keeping warm.

Cancelled my order after reading in here that items are shipped from China, not the U.K. Initially they said it was too late to cancel because my order was already being processed (I cancelled less than an hour after ordering). Fortunately I paid using PayPal and their complaint system led to me being quickly refunded in full!

After reading the other reviews, all one star, l feel very fortunate to have received what l ordered after ten days, in the size l ordered. I therefore haven't had to deal with their appalling customer service as detailed in the other reviews. The boots are lightweight and plasticy, as l expected from the price (£23 each inc. p&p) but very sturdy, warm and comfortable to wear either indoors or outside, with room for thick socks, and l have broad feet. Very happy with them but obviously after reading the reviews won't be ordering anything else!
