Can’t contact American friends

I bought a 10 gb plan for a trip from Canada to the United States. The service is spotty, but even worse, for some reason I cannot contact any American user. I can imessage and FaceTime my family back in Canada, but can’t send any message to my American family I am visiting. The messages just won’t send. Customer service basically just says, “Too bad”. Do not recommend.

Reliable Internet service

I tried it in Canada because my provider is way too expensive with data. Sparks internet service is OK for the speed, but it works well.
