Amazing company. Top quality vapes and liquids but their customer service is the best I’ve ever had. Used them for years and will continue to do so. Always an AMAZING service.

I delayed in making my order and didn't have enough time for the delivery to get to me before going on holiday. Without me asking, the lady that I spoke to on the phone drove 10 miles to my house to ensure that I had them before I went. Outstanding service that went above and beyond.

Sparks Uxbridge Store. I had one of the best shopping experiences for a long time. Norbert, who helped me choose the for me suitable kit, was most helpful, knowledgable and friendly. He and his colleague made my visit very enjoyable. Thank you.

Avoid this shop, Usually buy online but thought of supporting local business but came back with a shock. They are heavily over priced. Their 100ml shortfill range called Keep It you can get online for £6.99 (@washington vapes site) and they selling it for £24.99. I wouldn’t mind paying couple quid more in the shop but that much difference is just a rip off. Staff didn’t like it when approached and rudely replied to go buy online. Most of their reviews are bought by asking customers to give 5 star for a free bottle of juice (That’s why you see a code at end of each review)

Customer service second to none - very helpful and friendly. Any questions answered, and assistance given. Nothing is too much trouble. Wonderful choice of products, and advice as to which will suit a particular vaper best. I rely on Sparks for all my vape questions to be answered and know I am buying the best products for me. Great store!

Excellent service from the Aylesbury store. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I drop by every fortnight for supplies and am greeted by happy staff on evey visit. My only criticism is with the website which I find lacks the entire product range offered in store.

This shop is awful. Staff are NOT knowledgeable. I had a customer in who was a new vaper and they sold them a seriously overpriced Direct to Lung device that she couldnt use, when she should of been given (or at least allowed to try) a Mouth to Lung device.They didn't show her how, why or when to change the atomizer or even how to prime a coil. I've had more of their customers come to me and moan about them. All good for me as I now have new loyal customers because of their ineptitude. All they care about is getting as much money out of a customer without even considering their needs.

Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly service at the Luton branch. Every customer is treated well and the team go the extra mile without any fuss nor hard selling. They are very helpful and will try to find the right products to suit. Definitely deserving of this review!

Great company and very knowledgeable and honest staff in their High Wycombe store.

Ive used these guys for a while now and I must say the staff are helpful and certainly know their stuff. The on line service is very good also.
