The company makes a good impression, but sometimes it takes longer to get a response to support requests. However, overall I am happy with their services!!!

I set up automatic backup, now files are saved without unnecessary actions. In general, a convenient and useful service, but there is room for improvement. Testing helped to identify vulnerabilities, but I would like more detailed reports from the guys, and perhaps recommendations for the future.

Overall, I am very pleased with the service - I ordered an ergonomics consultation, and they helped me choose a comfortable chair and table, which reduced the load on my back. I feel the difference in comfort, especially after long hours of work.
I also used the equipment consultation, and the specialists helped me choose the best equipment for my home office. However, I would like a little more options for recommendations - I was offered only a couple of models, and I expected a wider choice.

It was difficult to understand at first, but after a couple of consultations everything became clear. Overall, I recommend it. Now that I’ve gotten used to it, I can see how well-thought-out the system is. It offers plenty of useful features, and once you get the hang of it, the workflow becomes smooth.

TBH i expected more from the starter package 🙄 While it covers the basics, it could offer better value

Wanted to optimize my software. SS did, but I had to change my antivirus as it was ineffective. Extra hassle, but now everything is running as expected.
