I accidentally left my old address as the delivery address for my order. After contacting Sparqle by email, I received a very quick response, and they immediately updated the delivery details. Thanks to their prompt action, my package arrived at the correct address without any issues.
I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that they deliver by bicycle, which is a fantastic and environmentally friendly approach. The delivery was made within the estimated time window, and the courier was very kind and professional. He was aware of the address change and confirmed the delivery details before handing over the package.
Overall, I am very impressed by how quickly they solved my issue and how reliable, professional, and eco-conscious their service is. Highly recommended!
