DO NOT THINK ABOUT THINKING ABOUT ORDERING FROM SPARROWS LOCK PICKS.

Unless... you enjoy spending your hard-earned money and Not receiving what you paid for. That's everyone's dream right? Oh and if you love to be patronized when reaching out to a company you trusted and thought was legit. Oh, oh and if you just can't get enough of being treated like you are in the wrong when all you did was unknowingly patronize a bad business. (That's why I am doing this review)

my actual experience with them :

POOR SHIPPING, (you'll never get the item you paid for and/or wait an unreasonable amount of time for it)
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, (you'll be patronized and emailed [not spoken to{because they don't even have a phone number for actual customer service}] in a condescending tone.

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES !!! STAY AWAY !!!!!!!! (if your looking for a clean, smooth fair business transaction. {ie: you pay your money and receive exactly what you pay your money for.}

Eh shop somewhere else.. I mean Better.. and that's not hard. Trust me,

I bought their 4 practice lock set and 3 cutaway locks. All of them are very low quality. They dont turn well, the pins jam, and they fall apart easily. Avoid these locks, as there are much better sets on Amazon or elsewhere.

Pros: None whatsoever
Cons: Poor customer support, horrible shipping, and low quality products!

Their customer support is practically non-existent. They have no telephone #, which is the first red flag! Email after email went ignored once they received my money.

Their shipping is horrible. It took them more than a week to ship my items and even then they still managed to screw it up. Items were missing from my order and even though I had paid for faster shipping with tracking, they sent the missing items by regular mail without any tracking at all. It's been over a month and a half and I still haven't received the missing items! They just keep telling me to be patient. They are so unprofessional!

Their products are nothing special either. I've ordered low end sets from overseas that were of equal quality, or better, for way less money.

Spend your money elsewhere! It's amazing that this company is still in business with how poorly they treat customers and how badly they rip them off!

Shipping is crap!

Ordered Oct. 3, 2025 won’t get it till the 20th! Was supposed to be the 13th now it’s saying another 7 days! Y’all suck a$$

This company sells incomplete "kits" ... (No washers ... Making the "kit" useless).

Sparrow is a top notch company. I wish more business operated like Sparrow. I bought a regular practice lock and had an small issue with the lock - they stepped up and made it right. Not only did they pay for shipping but I asked if I could pay the difference for a different style lock and they took care of it, no questions asked without asking for payment. They have fast shipping, quality products, and GREAT customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I live in an apartment building and unfortunately my order was left in the wrong place and stolen. After trying to work the issue with Fedex myself, Sparrow stepped up to fight the fight with them for a refund. When that failed, they offered me a replacement free of charge, even after I offered to go 50/50 on it. I really appreciated that.

Just got my professional picking set today and awesome, very high quality and I picked my first ever lock in less then 5 min man I was pumped almost went through the roof very nice, ridged hardcore set it's a real deal professional lock picking set not some pouch of cheap kid tools it's what you'd see and expect a real professional to possess.

Both orders have been brilliant, have started buying direct from sparrows as i like their stuff but instead of paying the mark ups by some sites, its cheaper to order direct and pay shipping and duties.

only hiccup has been their site doesnt understand my address in Ireland, however both times have recieved an email not long after order to request its correction.

also have dealt with their info@sparrows crew with a query ive had and they were helpful despite my weird questions

will buy again

I bought the revolver and the reload kit and the first time it arrived it was very rusty probably the Shipping company dropped it into the sea or something so I contacted the customer support and they sent it again when it arrived this time it was in a good condition and nothing was missing

Ordered the competitor kit and, holy cow am I impressed. Talk about quality. Smooth raking. Love these picks. Definitely the best I've purchased

Leaders in what they do. Quality goods. These guys know what’s up.

Speedy shipment (16 days in all, from all the way across the ocean and half a continent, and most time spend in customs and paperwork, plus a few holidays). Perfect quality, perfect packing and a few bonus items. No complaints for even the most pretentious people.

I thought this stuff was made in Canada... I was wrong. China... not cool.

Missing items from package, sent out to me with the slowest shipping they could use with a 1 month wait.
Poor customer service.
Their picks and locks aren't as good as some people say either. Peterson, Multipick, and Southord are way above this company.

Probably the leaders in the industry. Very helpful and supportive customer service. Great range of high quality products, pretty much everything you need to get started up to advanced level. Even blanks to make your own. Can’t fault them. Worth being patient as they send their wares over seas to the uk so it takes a little while living this side of the water. I haven’t been disappointed yet. Can’t wait for my disc detainer pick to land :) cheers guys

so i was getting bored in the start of corona pandemic and decided to look into a little fun lockpicking and ordered a starter kit, the first one got lost in the mail somewhere, so i reach out to their customer support and the guy kindly asked me to hang in there for a week or so, which i did, still nothing in mail, so i ask for a reshipping and they reshipped the order instant without any trouble, only asking that if the original turned up i would send it back which ofc i agreed to, now the order arrived and im very happy with the profesionality this company shows :) i will defo be a returning customer with

Hello. What is going on with sparrowslockpick.com ? I did not get a confirmation mail. Their e-mail is down. And there is an exactly similar site called lockpickingcanada.com with same behaviour. Same look same adress of their building.
Did i get scammed? Have they been hacked? Why on earth is their email not working.
Pp payment was booke to DB import . Is that normal?

Ok. Edit :seems legit. Just their email not reachable through german mailsystems. Ive written from us based mailprovider and now theyve answered and received ma mail.
3 stars now till order arrives.
