Paid £350 in January 2026 for a 2-year LinkedIn Premium subscription, sold as part of a CV writing package. The subscription expired within 2 months. Weeks of ignored WhatsApp messages. When I sent a formal complaint, they responded with a standard referral coupon worth nothing. After I pushed back, they contacted me, asked for my LinkedIn URL promising to reinstate the subscription — then went silent again. Deadline passed on 8 May with no delivery. Filing a small claims court case today. Avoid.

Absolute worst CV writing company to deal with. The team is totally incompetent. They are unable to even make small changes and I’ve been waiting for two months. Don’t waste your money on them. There are much better CV writing services out there.

I’m talking from my personal experience, as I’ve tried a few.

Mishbah Millar and Faraya Hayes did a great job with my LinkedIn Profile as well as my resume. They were detailed, professional and communicative with all the information that was needed from me. My resume and LinkedIn Profile were completed in a timely manner and I am glad that I used them.

Complete waste of time. The company will do the hard sell, and keep pestering you until you sign up with them. Unfortunately, I fell for it.

They advised me that it would take 4 weeks before seeing some traction. Well it has been 4 weeks since my profile was updated and I have had no response from any recruiter. Stay away from this company and anyone that contacts you. I was contacted by Farnaz Akhter. They just want their commission.

SCAM BEWARE - 50% of payment taken, LinkedIn profile of the person i was chatting to has been deleted and the spartan website no longer works.
