We ordered $12k worth of product and followed instructions on videos (as none are provided with product) and now we have air bubbles everywhere. Called Spartan and they asked if we sprayed with alcohol yet no instructions on products indicated this step was needed and none of the videos we watched mentioned this step. Spartan said too bad should have called us and refuses to do anything to make right even though they provide no instructions to indicate this is needed with the product.

Just spent over 6k with these guys did not have a great experience. After buying the product was left high and dry. Also was sold to much product and did not have a good experience attempting to get a refund. After the restocking fee and them being vague about actually getting the refund, I have not got it and still have extra product I spent a ton of money on I won’t use.

There is no grout to clean, no seams to deal with, is waterproof, etc. Its unique design has become a focal point in our home, garnering compliments from all who visit. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.
