I was looking for a Guess handbag from and old collection and this site was one of only two which still had it. I came on here to read reviews and when I saw they were generally positive I decided to order. The price was almost half of the other place and the delivery was quick too from France. So I would definitely order again.

Agree that website should be clearer about customs charges. However I would say amazing customer service with 2 orders I have made. There is a phone number. A person answering straight away. Very polite and good communication and understanding of issues. Resolution proposed was more than acceptable.
Package arrived in a crushed box with a huge footprint on it. I emailed them several times using the email address that shows on PayPal “A.Moser@…” and they haven’t bothered replying at all. Crap service.
After a UPS invoice was transferred to a debt collecting agency because Spartoo didn't pay and UPS have my details, I've had to contact Spartoo-CS multiple times as they keep supplying the wrong information to accept liability of the invoice. My emails are ignored and I have to call to chase. I truly discourage you from using Spartoo in case you experience delivery issues. Really poor service and accountability. Be careful!
I think the reviews below must be ordering from there European website. The UK website is legitimate and trustworthy. I bought a pair of dr Martins before Christmas which I had to return. The response on phone and email from customer service was great and was refunded in full with in a week

I've paid, they sent the parcel from France, had to pay import fees (£45) and in the end of the day, never got my patcel because of dpd! At the moment, chasing through with my bank for a refund.

I tried to purchase shoes using this company. My final basket Total was clearly stated and included free delivery, but when I went to pay the company added an extra sum of over £14 to the Total. I'm glad I noticed before pressing Pay. I didn't buy the shoes.
