said my item would arrive in 5-8 days. its been 15 days and it hasn't even shipped yet. when i tried contacting support they gave me some copy paste broken english response claiming it was shipped even though both their site and the tracking number says it hasn't been. that was about a week ago and they haven't responded to any of my emails since.
