Spa wars have gone above and beyond to help get our hot tub set up and running. Their customer service is absolutely brilliant. They are very responsive to queries and even text me to check it was all going ok. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Alex at spa wars fitted my new hot for me and explained everything really well for me to understand, was very helpful couldn’t do enough for me.

Great service from start to finish. From sending information out regarding options offered, Spawars were extremely helpful in answering my queries, arranging the date of the visit they were very accommodating. On the day of the service I was kept informed of arrival time. Alex was very friendly and professional, giving me a variety of care solutions for the hot tub and a number of tips to make the most it. Service carried out was very thorough and the site was left in a clean and tidy order. Will definitely use Spawars for my next service.

We had a previous engineer from a different company try & fix our hot tub the pumps had stopped working and it wouldn’t heat up, after various visits and some money spent he was unable to fix it & left it in a dangerous condition. We called spa wars and Mason@spawars came to see if he could help, he managed to fix all the problems and got the second pump working which hadn’t worked for years. Mason was really helpful & reliable, We will definitely use spawars again if any more issues. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been very impressed with Alex at Spa Wars. The first time I used the company Alex was in there area seeing another customer and took the time to fit my hot tub in on his way home. A part was ordered and fixed within 2days. The second time the hot tub needed an urgent clean and again they fitted me within 4 days. Fantastic service and Alex explained clearly the work that was required and cost.

Fantastic team. We had an issue with our hot tub, the heating element need replacing and it was sorted within days of enquiring. Mason the repair man was very polite and explained the issue. We had another issue with a slight leak on a separate occasion, I emailed in on a Saturday evening, Mason called and was with us within 40 minutes of my original email. He came out on. Saturday evening to fix the issue. Fantastic customer service from Mason. If you are looking to purchase a hot tub or need a fix, call Spa Wars, they are fantastic!

I purchased my hot tub from here a couple years ago and it was faultless, still is!
I've also had to move house and these guys collected, stored and re-delivered my hot tub. Very easy to talk to, they 'get' what you need and do it to the highest professional standards.
Very happy to recommend and use again and again!

Rob and his team are always very accommodating, I recently had a problem with my hot tub which proved a bit of a challenge to solve but Rob went over and above to get the problem fixed, I would definitely recommend them for anything to do with hot tubs from sales to maintaining.

I recently looked at Hot Tubs and Spa wars were amazing from the first time i met them. There was no pushy sales technique , it was about what suited me and my lifestyle. Nothing was too much trouble . I went back several times and each Time Rob and Mason filled me with confidence. I was unable to have it delivered for a week or two and they were so accommodating . Once they delivered it Mason came back and set up the electrics and explained about start up . I had to call Rob and Mason a couple of times , apologies, but my first Spa and they could not have been more helpful, friendly and a lot of patience. Thank you both so much am so impressed and highly recommend Spa Wars !!! .

Fantastic service from Mason and Rob recently when we had a small leak in our hot tub of 3 years old that we didn’t know existed .From start to finish they could not have been more helpful and came out a few times until the issue was sorted .Excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend and any more issues we will be back .We recommended them to a friend who also purchased a tub from spa wars and was extremely happy ..

Great speedy service… I called on Friday as my hot tub pump had stopped working… Spoke to Rob and he asked me to send some photos.. they booked me in for the following Monday and replaced the pump that day…cleaned my filter and change some some washers that I wasn’t expecting.. clean and tidy workers .. they were recommended to me and I would highly recommended them five stars all day long.

From start to finish a great experience. Jack explained all the different things you need to consider before buying a tub, sorted the crane, organised everything for installation, great contact for the sparky we needed, on day they turned up on time, took the time with us to position perfectly, went thru all the maintenance stuff. Price was competitive too. Follow up post install great. Now loving the tub.

Good company to do business with, even though what started as a routine service ended up with a new £6.5k hot tub ! However service was good and installers were helpful especially given that the install was on a day when temperatures hit the mid 30sC.

Totally delighted with my new hot tub. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Sales were informative and not pushy, helping me to get exactly what I was after, and I was kept informed of timelines and requirements for installation. On day of installation, which was a Friday, they had had problems with traffic causing delays for them with other jobs, but still came out at 4pm to install my tub rather than put it off to another day. Would highly recommend the Spa Wars team.

We ordered a Master Spa Swim Spa. We had to order from this company, but they were slow in helping us arrange delivery (took two months to decide it could be delivered!). They have given us lots of wrong advice about the swim spa itself -- for example, we asked to use bromine, but we need to use chlorine. The pool was put too close to the fence so it is really difficult to change the filters and we can't put the lid lifter in. As a result, we have to spend a lot of money on a roll cover. They never told us that we'd need a lid lifter and steps! While they were kind, they were not knowledgeable about master spa swim spa.

We recently had a problem with our hot tub. The guys at spa wars were absolutely fantastic in responding to our issue, they came out and fixed the problem within a week (and that included ordering the new part!). So happy I bought my hot tub from them. Also if you ever have any questions regarding your hot tub purchase they are always happy to help and take the time to speak to you. Highly recommended

An excellent service. It was great to be able to go into the store and see the hot tubs available. Callum was very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in a number of times with many questions Callum was excellent each time. We had to wait a long time for delivery but everything went smoothly. I was worried about getting the hot tub into the garden but the delivery guys came for a site visit and put my mind at rest. I would thoroughly recommend Spa Wars to buy your hot tub.
