I purchased a display case for my LegoPorsche 911RS.
The design and build quality is excellent and construction simple. I fully recommend this company.

Hi excellent service, went the extra mile for me even changing a black base for a stackable one, would highly recommend.

I have used this company several times now and ordered a range of display cases from them, from very small to very large. They are always flawlessly made, really well packaged and shipped and work exactly as they should.

Today I had a couple of specific questions about exact dimensions to ask before ordering a large case. The person I spoke to, Rachel, was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to find all of the answers I needed, even going to the warehouse and measuring specific parts to the millimetre. Really appreciated the excellent customer service and it allows me to accurately prepare the area where the case is going to be installed.

I would definitely recommend idisplayit for product and service, they are also pretty competitive on price.

Superb customer service, I made a mistake on my order and they quickly resolved it. Cases were ordered Monday and arrived Friday. Great quality and easy to assemble. Recommended.

We required the display case for an exhibition - I only phoned at the beginning of the week, and whilst the website lead time said 1-2 weeks, the comnpany assured us that as they had it in stock they could get it too us in time.
It was even faster than expected, excellent quality, and overall a great customer experience!

I bought three of the cases for 1:8 scale lego technic vehicles and all were flawless.

I only wish they had an option to buy cases 'without top panel'. This would be amazing, especially for those of us wanting to stack display cases together.

I purchased a display case for my Lego Titanic. I had a problem with my account (definitely my fault) and it was sorted within a couple of emails. Thank you Rachel.
It was packaged very securely and despite a couple of scrapes on the outer packaging all was fine.
The display case is great and easy to put together with help from my son and supervision from my wife;) I opted for the background picture and it made a great difference. All in all, I highly recommend this company and will use again.

Order number: 53919. Customer service (Rachel) is great. I unfortunately had an accident by when installing the case which resulted in scratched panels. Idisplayit luckily provide replacement parts.

The display case was just what I wanted for displaying my Triang Pullman train, which is a treasured toy from my childhood.
The display unit was very easy to construct and came very well packaged.

I ordered a Titanic display case from them and upon receiving it I noticed that some of the panels were scratched. I contacted the Customer Service and had an amazing experience. Very friendly, quick to answer, and immediately replaced the damaged panels free of charge.

Thanks to Sam for the great experience, it's stuff like this that builds brand loyalty. I had already purchased a Concorde display case before, but I am sure to become a repeat customer now.

I purchased a display for LOTR Rivendell, I wanted to place it on the middle shelf of a bookcase, when we picked up the display and the Lego set, the bottom bent and broke, very brittle and flimsy for this large lego set. When I contacted them, the company rep said not to move the display and Lego set together, and suggested I buy a replacement base. You can’t place this on a middle shelf without putting the set inside the display.

Spent a fair fortune with this company. Very happy. Little slow on delivery but I guess everything is cut to order instead of stocked on the shelf. On the whole though good company.

Been using for a long while in. Dusty room and has kept my models inside in perfect condition. Definitely getting more of these.
Had an issue with a couple of missing screw pieces but the team were super quick and helpful with getting me the missing bits.

I've tried other places and found no one can touch IDisplayit for the quality of product, ease of assembly and professional packing. Special shout out to Sam for excellence in customer service! The whole team has been exceptional throughout. I have well over 2 dozen cases from small to large and everyone is just packed so well and always cut to fit perfectly. Love IDisplayit!

Great products, good value for money and good customer service. Just be aware they use FedEx for some of their delivery’s and FedEx are by far the worst delivery company on the planet. So I would message them before ordering just to make sure there not shipping yours using FedEx

I am so pleased with the customer service from idisplayit.

The turn around and delivery time was brilliant - how service should be. Not only that but I love the quality and simplicity in design of their products. So easy to put together, and all come with easy to read instructions.

This market is becoming more competitive for these display cases, however the level of service is not always the same across these other companies. Some of them say they are ‘Wicked’ but from someone who has been a loyal customer and spent a small fortune with them, I can tell you that their service has been far from it. Meaning that I have had to look and try elsewhere.

Man, am I glad that I did and that I discovered idisplayit. Their marketing might not be as flashy others but don’t be misled, as there is a thing as overselling yourself and not being able to deliver - idisplayit are clearly not in that group and take delivering for their customers very seriously.

Product dispatch from order date is very very quick and all items are very well packed, but not excessively so, that you end up with lots of packing to dispose of.

Have bought many items so far, and will continue to do so. Looking forward to continuing being a customer of idisplayit.
