DO NOT BUY A SPA FROM THIS COMPANY.

We have had nothing but issues with this company/spa.

Chased us to get the Aquasal unit installed - paid an extra $2500. THEY DO NOT SELL AQUASAL ANYMORE DUE TO A FAULTY PRODUCT.

Had their recommended technician come out for a fault (1 month wait) - technician is quoted saying the Aquasal caused the issues. Spaworld refuse to refund repairs and for the Aquasal they KNOW is faulty.

Aquasal system removed on recommendation by Spaworld technician.

I was delivered the wrong spa. I was allowed to keep the incorrect one as it took a while to get the new one due to lack of stock which was appreciated. The company was good in replacing it, paying for the electrician to uninstall the incorrect one and reinstall the new one. It has taken ages to get the spa concierge - I was told I was not eligible for one even though it was on my order form - I had to send the documents to show it and finally someone is coming soon. I felt the pre-sales service was great, but the post service communications were abysmal. The company was very unresponsive in getting back to me and my emails kept being returned as undelivered. I don't know what I would have done without a wonderful employee called Florian who I felt was the only person who was able to achieve anything. He would regularly call me back, forward emails on my behalf, contact the person I was unable to contact or unable to email even though they were in my safe senders. He did everything is such a professional, kind, helpful way, if it was not for him my experience would have been a 'one star'. I would give him five stars so please Spaworld, consider promoting this person and giving him a payrise as he is invaluable. Thank you so much Florian for everything.

Never ever buy a spa from Spa World!! We purchased a spa in 2021. Would give 0 stars. It was on order for a year and finally delivered in August 2022. The spa arrived damaged. A forklift had gone through the spa panels. The spa covers were also damaged. We have raised it countless times, by phone and emails, and the problem has not been resolved 8 months later! The company never initiates contact and have been terrible to deal with. Buyer beware!

Thank you Charlie and Harry, what an awesome service. Thanks for bending over backwards to help get my spa all sorted in time for Easter. You both went above and beyond to make this happen, I just can’t wait to turn it on. Thank you again.

What separates Spa World Canberra from other spa stores was the level of knowledge and customer care we received. Nick was our sales person and contact and he was terrific to deal with. Out of all the spa’s sale people I have met he has been the only to give such a complete breakdown on spa features and build materials. Nick even mentioned spa insulation and explained its impact on the spas temperature, this was the selling point for us as no one else had taken the care to point this out to us before
In addition to the fantastic service, Spa World also had a test spa of the model we ended up buying, we were invited to take a test dip and where even provided with drinks.

Thanks to Harry and the team at Spa World Canberra. We are very excited about our new Jacuzzi spa. Buying our first spa was exciting but also daunting. Harry’s willingness to guide us and answer all of our questions was much appreciated. He even assisted us with our installation, weeks after buying it. Thanks Harry.

My partner and I purchased a new spa from Harry at Spa World Fyshwick and were very impressed with the customer service. Everything has been taken care of and we are just waiting for the spa to arrive before it is installed and our old one is taken away.

Recently purchased a jacuzzi spa from Fyshwick ACT. Harry was knowledgeable and easy to deal with and quick to respond to my additional questions post-sale. The spa arrived promptly, the delivery guys (Jay) went above and beyond to help us get it into position and then Todd showed up a couple of days later as our VIP service to teach us the ropes and was very patient with all my questions.

Purchased a 2 seater Vortex sauna from the Canberra store during COVID lockdown for the amazing health benefits that they provide. Harry was great to deal with.

Amazing communication around delivery and it turned up very quickly.

Was fairly easy to assemble (make sure you have a rubber mallet!).

Seems like it's great quality build. We made the decision of a spa world sauna given the amazing warranty terms.

We use it 10 times a week between our family after workouts and sweat, sweat and sweat some more. It really has been life changing.

Would highly recommend!!

Elaine was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable salesperson throughout the entire process of selecting, ordering, installing and maintaining our Palladium spa. Her expertise made all the difference in our decision making and her patience with our many questions and concerns was limitless. I cannot fault her service throughout our experience at Spa World.

we purchased our vortex swim spa about 12 months ago now and love love love it. The vortex swimspa is lovely, relaxing and so easy to maintain. The Canberra team is the best for aftersale service and go out of their way to help with any thing spa related! Thanks guys - you make owing a lovely spa so easy and fun.

Charlie Xuereb from Spa World Newcastle helped us choose a spa a year ago. Since then Charlie, along with the online customer support team, has helped us navigate the challenges wrought by Covid to finally see our spa hoisted onto our new roof top terrace last Friday. Charlie couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier.

We have purchased 1 spa and now a swim spa from Elaine at spa world Fyshwick, her service and assistance has been wonderful.

My experience with Harry at Spaworld has been super amazing! My luxury Spa, spa equipment and information all provided at an awesome discounted price! Harry went above and beyond to have my spa delivered and installed within days of purchase for my birthday even during ACT lockdown! My spa is Magical i love it and am so greatful for the help and support during the purchase process!

Would love to make it a 5, but it’s a 4 and hoping our future in-store dealings will be a 5!

We ordered an Avanti - Aquagym Max Pro, and understandably it’s a tough time in the world with covid, our order took almost 9/10 months to arrive.

Albeit with all this happening, Harry - our local helpful sales person (Canberra) who always seems so happy, was a pleasure to deal with, and, he also did what he could to help follow up our order and help us out!

Great service so helpful, nick in Canberra store was so helpful throughout the whole experience. I highly recommend them if you are looking to get a spa .

Canberra Spa World were excellent throughout the process. Harry the Manager assisted us all the way from Spa selection to delivering.
The delivery team did a good job.
Software and operating the unit very intuitive.

A big shout out to Tom and Harry at the Fyshwick shop in Canberra. We went in to buy a spa we thought was for us. Tom took the time to explain the details of each spa and was interested in what we were going to use it for. It was evident they know their stuff. They encouraged use to do a “wet” test. Which we did twice! We changed our order on two occasions with no hassle or pressure and ended up with a lovely Jacuzzi. Thanks guys.

Elaine was very helpful and informative. She gave us a good deal on our Neon Avante Spa .We are very happy with our new purchase and highly recommend Elaine and the spa world team.

We purchased our Vortex SwimSpa from Elaine @ SpaWorld Fyshwick and love love love it! Elaine was awesome and looked after us, the team were great with delivery before lockdown which is greatly appreciated! Any questions I’ve had Elaine has had the solutions straight away. Thanks guys!
