SPCPETS.COM has refused to answer ANY of my questions. I cannot contact them anymore and PayPal says they have no information for this AFTER THEY PAID THEM! I plan on contacting my Credit Card Company naxt.

Well I ordered 2 or 3 times from them without any issues but this time I ordered and didn't get my order, I disputed it with my bank and ended up getting refund from SPC pets before bank dispute was processed. I ordered again, thinking this was a fluke due to my previous experiences being so great, and yet again have disputed it with my bank. I have noticed my order status now has changed from processing to pb warehouse, whatever that means. But I'm done with this company no matter what the outcome of this order is.

Placed an order over a month ago. Sent numerous messages. No response

already 2 months since placed the order and still didnt get it.
i wrote them ask to cancel the order and get a refund but they didnt get back to me.

Its been a month since I placed my order. I have emailed several times and not heard anything back from them. I spent $108 so I'm definitely feeling scammed. I've used them the past 2 years without incident but that's how they lure you in. Stay away from spc pets!!! Complete scam!!!!

No shipping after 1 month, no email address to communicate, no response when I finally found a way to contact them.

Oreder wasn't shiped. I asked for a refaund that took over a month to get back after I asked the intervention of my bank

I placed an order for 115€ almost a month ago and nothing is moving yet. Nobody answers if you contact them...

I have ordered 3 previous times from this company and was very happy. This last order though the nexgaurd almost doubled in price and ordered heart guard. I received the heartgaurd but not the nexgaurd. Have been emailing and receiving no response. There are 3 different. Ways to contact and used all 3 Nx there was also another. Email address listed on packing slip and it's invalid. I ordered from another company. Band contacting credit card to stop payment

It has been three weeks since I placed my order. Awaiting fulfillment. I emailed them after a week, they said there’s a backlog and the order will be shipped the next week. Not happened. I emailed again and no response. I see other customers having the same issue. I’m not religious but when it comes to animals, I’m sure people who are preying on sick animals are definitely going to h3ll.

Its been a month and I still don't have my order. For the first time, I have fleas in my house , my dogs are loaded in fleas and I have this company to thank for it. I placed the order before flea season and I cant get them to send it. Now Ill have to spend over 300.00 to get my house bombed for fleas. Don't buy from this company, not trust worthy. I hate giving a bad review but my animals are suffering so I am a mama in pain.

Ordered from them. A week later it's still marked awaiting fulfillment. Messaged them and recieved no response. Notified them with intent to cancel and requested a refund. No word yet if they will honor that or even respond. I have since ordered from Amazon.

Scam site?
"I purchased a product from their website. After five days without receiving any delivery notification, I emailed them. They responded, stating there was a backlog. After eleven days, the product still hadn’t been shipped. I emailed again and received the same canned response – they were still working through the backlog. I have now requested to cancel the purchase. Let’s see how they respond..."
