I am many a times unable to add new domain names with .com extension and also not able to see how the CPU usage goes upto 100% sometimes and cannot handle heavy traffic

Excellent! I have the lifetime service and its really amazing. I've tried several hostings including GoDaddy, and had problems with almost everyone except SpdyHost. Keep it up!!
