Clare made making the LPAs so easy and we did not have to do anything and she kept in contact and explained what would happen once they were sent away.

Clare was very helpful from the outset, kept in constant communication and was not phased by the mistakes we made with the paperwork along the way. Nothing was too much trouble and I feel she provided an excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

We were recommended by Clare by a family friend. We had several power of attorneys to be done. The process was explained fully and carefully so that all points were understood before signing any paperwork. Nothing was too much trouble. It would have been a daunting process to do it ourselves. We approached Clare Fuller with a view to establishing a Lasting Power of Attorney. After establishing our needs she provided my wife and I with a very professional and forthright service. In an initial conversation by phone, she took the time to explain the problems that can arise in situations where one loses the mental ability to make decisions about matters relating to finance, health and wellbeing. She then went on to explain how these problems are overcome if someone has a legally appointed attorney. We subsequently met with Clare who guided us through the paperwork, which upon completion she submitted to the Office of The Public Guardian. In due course we were notified by the OPG and subsequently received the approved documents from Clare, a seamless process. She also provided us with a wealth of links to various LPA related web pages.
If you are looking to establish a lasting power of attorney, I whole-heartedly recommend engaging the service provided by Clare.
