They have recently been taken over. Since then have experienced a massive hike in charges (without any prior warning); cannot contact their customer service number and now, today, none of the dial in lines are working! Sounds like a company in trouble!
Speakserve provide an excellent service, very quick to set up and very easy to use also. They are extremely helpful and sort out any problems or queries. We will continue to use Speakserve as they are pay as you go and you literally pay for what you use and don't have to sign up/commit to a contract. You can log in to the system and see what you have used and set up future calls hassle free. They are very swift and excellent, I would definitely recommend.
