We've been working with Spec for a couple of months now and they provide an excellent service, with pictures and virtual tours that have helped on the quality of service we pass to our clients. Max has been a super help at any time I reached out for assistance. The photographers, Aaron in particular, always have a smile on their faces and understand exactly what was being requested. Great team!

I have received exemplary service from Spec, in particular from Oliver St John, who is always on hand to help or make last minute amendments when they occur. Managing the influx of new property during lockdown with the added need for a virtual tour has been made easy and financially viable. At such a low cost I would never have imagined that you can still have great quality media in addition to top notch service. Highly recommended.

Great service. Excellent quality photos and the virtual tours are a game changer. Daniel, our account manager has been incredibly hands on and always willing to work with his team to accommodate potential slot movements. Always available to speak no matter what time of day.

I have had the misfortune of having one of your photographers in my home of which I am renting and it has been very distressing and filled me with anxiety and anger.

I had to continuously tell him to keep his mask on because most of the time it was around his mouth (not how a mask works) and decided he would throw my cat into the WC, close the door and said nothing about it then decided he would just touch/move everything in sight (without any gloves) as if COVID never existed. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. How about you ask if something can be done rather than invading and mishandling my property?

Michael and the SPEC team were quick to respond and delivered high quality photos, floorplans and virtual tours for our properties. Would definitely recommend them!

We have been using Spec for a couple of weeks now and the experience so far has been excellent. The quality of pictures are outstanding and the booking process is quick and easy. So Pleased to be writing this review, we have been working with SPEC for a few months now and I am delighted to confirm that they have been brilliant , with superb service & great customer service skills. In addition Jack in particular who is our business manager has been wonderful and efficient in proving us high qualify images.

The photos are top class and the walk trough tour has been a real asset in the current pandemic situation

We now use them for all our instructions both sales and lettings as they give us that edge over the competition
